IAMES BASECAMP Cafe & Bistro — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The owner is one of the sweetest restaurant owners I have ever came across in the world. She made me feel like I was at a friends home. Her food is very homemade and pure. Each bite was a different eating experience. The cooks are masters of their craft.

It’s located in the One Nimman shopping center on the third floor. We got lost but we are so glad we found it before we got too hungry.

The service is fast but get comfortable because you’ll never want to leave. Do yourself a favor and end your meal with a Chai tea. The owner makes INCREDIBLE...

10/10 recommend hidden gem. We arrived for lunch and it was empty as they normally fill up at night. The chef and owner made all the dishes herself so they came out one at a time but they were incredibly tasty and fast!

The Tom yum soup, pad Thai, papaya salad and pasta were standouts.

Edit: recommend you get more seating space maybe upstairs since your restaurant is so tasty!

Food here was really good.

If you really want to avoid MSG, this is the right place for you, as from the taste of the food, you can tell they don’t put much of that In the food here.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the place is understaffed. There was literally only one employee that waitered, cooked, collected payment.

So if the place gets crowded, you might have to wait a bit longer for your food to be cooked.
