Thai Boat Noodles — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The prices here are reasonable. One of the best things about this place is that, besides boat noodles, they offer small bowls of different types of meat in various flavors. This allows you to try many varieties without worrying about overeating.

If you prefer lighter and milder flavors, you will probably find their seasoning acceptable. For the dry noodles, I think it would be better if they added some minced meat or cut the lean pork slices into thinner strips to improve the texture. The way they prepare pork feels a bit too plain. In comparison, I preferred the beef. Even though I only had a small taste, the beef had a nice, rich flavor.

Lovely people, nice place, good price, fresh, clean, good textures, obviously quality ingredients but the soup tasted like candy. It was SOOOO sweet I could barely taste anything else beyond the sugar. I had ice cream yesterday that was less sweet than this soup.
