Read moreThis newly renovated restaurant serves dishes from the Isan region of northeastern Thailand. The restaurant is small but well cleaned, bright and homey, with a lively young staff of about five, and was almost full. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, and delivery was quite prompt and pleasant. The food is Isan cuisine, which is slightly different from that of the southern region. According to the staff, the food is spicier than that of the southern region. However, as a spicy food lover, the spiciness is just right for me. I remember that Thai food used to be quite spicy even in Bangkok restaurants, but recently it tends to be milder and easier to eat, and I am feeling a little unsatisfied nowadays. I ordered the chef's recommended grilled chicken and pork neck with stir-fried vegetables and sticky rice. All were delicious. The pork neck was especially delicious! It tasted like teriyaki, which is familiar to the Japanese, and was very satisfying and delicious! I left the restaurant very satisfied. I will definitely stop by again when I...

Original review: Stopped in for dinner tonight. It would be easy to walk past this restaurant not knowing it was here, but I'm glad I spotted it and glad I came in. The restaurant is clean and bright and very comfortable. Server and staff were attentive and very kind. Menu isn't too large, but I still saw 5 or 6 dishes I wanted to try. I ordered green curry beef. Portion size was average. Beef was too chewy, but quite flavorful, overall a very tasty dish. Prices are very good for the quality of the food and the comfort of the restaurant. Most dishes cost between 80 and 200 thb. Total for the beef curry, rice, and a glass of lemon soda was 160 thb. I will definitely come back. Next dish I want to order will be the kua kling, a spicy...
