The reception staff outside needs enough training. They’re obviously just there for the sake of getting paid and not to do their job sincerely. A fake smile greets you when you arrive, and once you’re inside and have ordered, then you’re on your own. The waiters can’t speak English well. We had a misunderstanding in which I thought I could use the table by the dance floor after we had our dinner. We went to the dance floor after we had our dinner. However, the waiter approached us and said we couldn’t use that area because we have to order a specific amount of alcohol drinks which was something like 10k baht. How do we drink that much when there are only 2 of us plus we already had wine and cocktail before going to the dance floor. The audacity after we paid our bill!!!! Really bad service. What a shame because they have a decent band and some decent DJs, aside from nice food. You would expect better service considering the cost of their food and drinks including service charge!!! Very bad customer service on Thursday August 3 at 10pm. We ordered cigars to smoke outside and they took over an hour to arrive so we went inside to check up. Other people took our couch outside while we were waiting inside a, reminding the staff of our cigars. Just 2 random people took our whole table. The staff wouldn't reserve the table for us when though we ordered nearly 10,000 baht worth of stuff. We were stuck inside and couldn't smoke. The staff were really stupid and tried to sell is the cigars anyway, we says "we can't smoke thrse inside, can we?" They didn't care. Totally incompetent. We spoke to the "manager" but she just did nothing. She didn't care or even try to get our table and couches back. We left and cancelled our orders. Just go to Escape guys.
