☕️ Iced Vanilla Latte ฿120 🥛 this is the best cup of coffee i’ve had in bkk!! been a fan of ivl for ages and their vanilla syrup is made to perfection - it’s not too sweet 🤩 the syrup’s sweetness is well-balanced with the milk and espresso, so you could still taste the rich flavours of different components, yet they mix up together nicely 🤌🏻

So I'm from Melbourne, and if you're also from Melbourne or you've been to Melbourne ever, you know how we feel about Melbourne coffee. Those small paper cups of caffeinated perfection. Melbournian coffee bean nirvana.

Fun fact: Starbucks entered the Australian market in 2000 and expanded to almost 90 locations by 2008, but closed more than 70% of those locations due to low sales.

Because Melbourne coffee is sooooo much better.

Not for us the bucket-sized cup! No thank you to the 90% milk to actual coffee ratio! To the left please, the somehow simultaneously watered down, yet artificially flavoured, cheap and bitter coffee.

ANYWAY. To get to my point finally, Miche Bangkok makes coffee like Melbourne does. (Relatively) small paper cups of caffeinated perfection. A bit of bite, a touch of citrine acidity, a well-rounded almost sweet (but not quite!)...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Miche Cafe, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped in, the cozy ambiance and welcoming staff set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable culinary journey.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the coffee . As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I'm quite particular about my brew, and Miche exceeded my expectations. The baristas clearly knew their craft, delivering a cup of coffee that was both rich in flavor and aesthetically pleasing.
