The worst cafe experience in Bangkok! This place is a complete misrepresentation. The photos online show a beautiful interior, but the reality is far from it. The cafe is located in a half-constructed lobby that looks nothing like the advertised pictures. It’s dusty, uninviting, and unfit for any meeting or work. The pastries were subpar at best, definitely not worth the hype. To make matters worse, the staff laughed when I raised my concerns—completely unprofessional. The iconic logo and branding can’t save this disaster. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed. People deserve to know the truth about this place.

Upon arrival, there were no visible signs or notices about the construction or temporary setup. The so-called “update” was certainly not prominent enough to inform customers ahead of time. It feels like you’re shifting accountability onto customers for not somehow “knowing” about your situation rather than taking full responsibility for clear communication. This is unacceptable.

I really love 'yuzu cheesecake' (150 baht per slice) from this restaurant. The cheesecake is not too sweet and rich. I also ordered 'orange blossom honey + lemon juice' (165 baht per glass) and 'honeyful honey + almond milk' (185 baht per glass). You can choose hot or cold for both drinks. For me, orange blossom honey + lemon juice make me feel fresh but I ordered in hot and I think it was a bit sweet because last time, I ordered the drink in cold and it's better. Took the Yuzu Lemon cheesecake and the B1&B2 for takeaway. The parcel was given with enough ice cubes to make sure the cakes do not melt in the scorching heat of the city. I really loved the Yuzu Lemon cheesecake, the glaze on top balanced the mild taste of the cheese perfectly. Will definitely try this one again next time. I initially planned on visiting their cafe for dine in but couldn't make time unfortunately, but the pictures show a really cute and cozy atmosphere which I would definitely love to experience.
