MK Restaurant Lotus’s Rama 4 — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

There were many items that were out of stock, including the seasonal specials that were advertised in front of the restaurant. When ordering other menu items, many were also out of stock. The food was served slowly, and even when additional items were ordered, they took a long time to be served. The dessert order seemed to have been forgotten by the staff, and we had to remind them. Despite there being only a few tables being served in the restaurant, the service was still slow. This branch of the restaurant was the worst experience I have had with the brand, even worse than other similar restaurants I have been to. Additionally, the drinks were not refilled, and if we did not ask for a refill, they would be left empty. I feel sorry for the couple who had to wait for their food and were disappointed by the poor service they received. The price they paid was not worth the service...

thai local chain of shabu shabu style restaurant that is a local institution.....choose from a wide variety of fresh ingredients and cook in a broth....wide assortment of food choices....consistently good food followed by good service....limited english speaking staff but not hard to order as the menu has extensive picture with clear pricing....the side order or sliced duck is so good , you will wonder why duck is not served this way in western restaurants....add MK to your thai...

Worst service i faced in 3 years living in Bangkok. Order standard plate with duck and pork meat+ some veggies / rice/ noddles....after 30min we only received rice , noddles and veggies. When we asked about our meat order status we faced the usual " sorry sorry...."...but no explaination , not even trying to correct the situation...summay : they dont care. I asked to see the manager who was worse. We left paying the bill for rice noddles and veggies ( all low quality food ). My recommendation: go...
