23 Feb Fri 2024: Fried rice was hot, moist & very nice. Served in a few minutes. But it's true that the floor staff are "confused" & not trained. The service staff didn't greet us when we entered & had to be called to the table for a while before a staff came to take the order (different from Hachi @ Centralplaza Bangna where the staff immediately comes to the table). On checkout, 1 cook in the kitchen saw that I was at the cashier & asked the other staff who looked around for who was going to be the cashier. The cashier didn't express any thanks after receiving payment & no smile. (Oddly, this branch uses a different invoice at the table compared to Centralplaza...

Local outlet of this huge chain. You get what you expect. Same menu in every outlet but food is fine, served very quickly in a clean comfortable environment. Good for the money but...
