Smizzle Burger - Bambini Villa — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

It seems like after a certain famous chain of smash burger came to Thailand, now every other burger I have come across are smash this, smash that, smash everything as it is a new trendy word. So, here’s one that caught my eye when I was in Sukhumvit. It’s a small eye-catching eatery located in the middle of Bambini Villa. This is a mall full of learning centers, cafes for kids, shops selling kiddy books, toys and etc. I had the Oklahoma Burger. Double patties, fluffy buns as promised on their menu. First bite, big love of the caramelized onions. The rich aromatics of quality beef filled every corner of me mouth. The acidity of pickles soon followed and became more and more overpowering as I ate into more of the burger. Those pickles have an acidity level of 0. Put them on the aluminum can of Coke, and it will melt right through given a few minutes. My wait for the burger was a bit unbearable, 30 minutes. Sunday, with an event going on, all mother father son and daughter ate here. It was packed, and people waited. Anyhow, it was a good burger really. This is good for the expats prevalent in this part of town seeking a taste of home. I always like to visit a oversea burger joint whenever i am travelled. Happen to be in Bangkok last week and decided to give this place a visit. This burger joint is located inside Bambini Villa. A Shopping mall that is located around Between Thong Lor BTS and Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Mrt station. I was there on a weekend around 2pm and I was the only customer. The place isn't big, and it has limited tables. Menu is pretty limited, but there is 8 different kind of burgers to choose from.

I ordered the Uncle Sam, and add on the fries and choice of drink for 115baht. I was given a buzzle after payment was made. Didn't had to wait long before my food was ready.

Portion of the fries was rather small. The fries was crispy but could do with more seasoning. The patty was nicely executed, it was well seasoned and wasn't dry.

Overall, I personally enjoyed the burger and wouldn't mind trying their other burgers on the menu. Seems like they are expending as i notice a shop with their branding currently...

Best burgers I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve tried pretty much everything. Tastes like a superior version of in-n-out burger. Quality ingredients.
