Big C Plaza Rama 4 — Local services in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

A big place that I found overwhelming as a tourist 🤣

I tried to buy some food in the food park but the staff weren’t too good in English (I wish I know more Thai words) and one lady instructed me by pointing.

Apparently, you need a card to buy food at the food park. When I got my card, I asked the lady if I need to return it and she just sigh because she can’t express herself and I felt bad. 🥲

Grocery wise, there are lots of options. There’s even a massage chair. The prices are almost similar with 7/11 tho they have more variety.

There are coffee shops and restaurants (which I think for a budget traveller like me is quite expensive).

Very disappointing big store and can not possibly consider going back to it again.

We went there this early morning (8am) and found the place to be so unorganized. One Example of many, they put different kinds of olive oil in 3 different areas across the store. So it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Also we purchased 6 sets of the porridge packs and they packed everything for us. After arriving our hotel which is quite far from this place, we realized that they only placed 5 sets instead of 6 in the single bag. Transportation cost to go back and ask about the missing set would cost more than the set itself. So I just have to count my losses and make sure to never go...

Great location, big store, wide range of products starting from vegetables, fruits to footwear and daily wear, kitchen items, luggage, etc., Staff are not very available/helpful, but if you don’t need assistance, it’s a great place to shop...
