Very bad. If you order 2 pcs, someone who take care orders cannot count and send you only 1pc. After calling them they said they take care, but still need to wait 1 hours to get the right amount delivered to a place located not more 10 minutes drive from the restaurant. Total order delivered 2 hours after placing it, when the estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. No extra, no vouchers or anything to apologize. Terrible service. You should avoid this restaurant. We ordered 1 mushroom sukiyaki and 1 beef sukiyaki. They served mushroom suki in 10min and brought seafood suki instead of beef suki after another 10 min. The lady who made mistake taking order was very rude, no apology and did not serve beef suki until my partner finished her meal.
