1680 buffet set for A2 level beef enjoyed in yakiniku and sukiyaki style.

The meat quality still good but sadly the Sukiyaki broth was plain and lack of umami not as it used to be (sweet and savory). If dipping into egg, the taste was flavorless. Yakiniko was more flavorful comparing with sukiyaki but only 2 type of meats getting bored quite easily.

Next time I would give their a la crate a try...

So disappointed how staff cooked the beef. Normally sukiyaki when you put the sliced beef on pan, you are supposed to put the sauce right after that. But some how the staff just “stirred” beef like korean stirred pork until I mentioned shall we put the sauce then she realized that she did wrong. Half of the beef already sticked on pan, and the taste is so plain. End the course with “ete ice cream”...
