Fraser Suites Sukhumvit, Bangkok — Hotel in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

When we think of Bangkok, this is the only place that comes to our mind as Home! It is a home away from home with the comfort & service given. Pragya has been the most helpful for the entire process right from booking the room until the end. The entire process has become so seamless for us now that we don't hesitate to even think of another place. Memories are made and preserved for life in Fraser suites ❤️ Fraser suites offers excellent hospitality - from booking the rooms with or without breakfast + you can choose for an airport pick up if you wish to. We had chosen a room without breakfast as the location is so so so amazing that we were keen to try new things everyday so just a few footsteps away from the hotel on the entire street there are a number of 7Eleven stores + Restaurants + Fast food joints,etc so food convenience is one of the best in the world. Once we got there the Bellboys pickup the luggage seamlessly, the check-in process is super smooth as Pragya has (as always) done all the needful in the background. Our room was ready with zero wait time. This is not a room - this is an apartment so even the smallest one you choose is like a one bedroom apartment with a separate sleeping area and a sofa with a small dining area + a decent sized kitchen & the best part is the washer/dryer all inside your space. Especially if you're in for a longer stay and your missing home food you can cook your food on your own. Plus you can't imagine how helpful the washer/dryer is - they even provide the detergent for the same which is refilled regularly. So once we got in we all crashed out - we had 2 rooms near to each other exactly the way we requested for it. The beds are absolutely perfect with the views of the city (pics attached) Once we decided to step out - the entire staff of the hotel is always helpful in helping us with directions around the city or how to get there safely + getting us a taxi if needed and even negotiating the rates in their local language. There is an amazing Indian restaurant on the first floor - its an experience to believe. Just start out by having Chai over there and check out the way they serve you. Its probably better than many places in India :) Another amazing highlight which is another main reason to be here is their roof top bar ‘Above Eleven’ with ecstatic views of the city. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and bars. However, it may not be suitable for someone who wants to be in a clean outdoor area, as there were rats running around. The property looks nice from the outside and gives off a luxurious vibe, attracting expensive-looking guests. But inside, it’s a different story. The property itself is quite old and needs renovations and upgrades. It doesn’t give off a clean and modern vibe for the price you pay.The "lobby" is small and overcrowded, near the lifts. There’s a reception desk with too many people and too much noise, making it overwhelming. It doesn’t allow you to experience the place itself, sit down, or relax. The sink and toilet were clogging up fast at one point.The view from the apartment was quite nice, and the breakfast was decent. The receptionists were kind and friendly. However, the overcrowding and noise in the "lobby" made it difficult to concentrate on your own business. The lady who helped us in was Indian and kindly helped us book a car for the next day to go to Koh Samet. However, she was interrupted multiple times while speaking to us, which was rude and unwelcoming. They should have more staff so that guests can check in without interruptions.The lady's kindness in booking a car for us was appreciated. However, we were quoted 3500 from the hotel to Rayong ferry station by a guy in the hotel. Later, we found out that the same trip costs 1800/2000 baht, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t suggest booking transport from the hotel, but rather book elsewhere where you can get the same service for a cheaper price.Overall, Frasier Suites seems to be a brand based on its reputation and the type of guests (middle class-ish), but it doesn’t offer anything special or...

In May of 2025, I vacationed in Bangkok, Thailand. While I was in Bangkok, I stayed at Fraser Suites. This is the third time I have traveled to Thailand, and I have stayed at Fraser Suites each time. The reason why I have chosen Fraser Suites each time is because it is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. |The hotel itself is very clean. The room that I stayed in had everything that you could want. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a washer/dryer so I could do my laundry. The air conditioner worked great and my room had a very beautiful view of the city. The hotel cleaning staff did a wonderful job of keeping my room clean every day. The hotel cleaning staff is very hard working, polite, and friendly. The rest of the staff at the hotel were also wonderful and hard working. They were all polite, kind, and had a very friendly and hospitable demeanor every time I saw them. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Fraser Suites is located within a short walking distance to the BTS public transportation system, which makes getting around the city very easy. Fraser Suites is not far from wonderful temples and attractions such as The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, The Royal Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Saket, Wat Pho, and malls like Icon Siam, Siam Paragon, MBK Center, Central World, Terminal 21, and so much more. I have been very pleased each time I have stayed at Fraser Suites, and I honestly can't say enough great things about this great hotel and great staff.
