This spot popped up a lot during google search for highly rated Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine in Sukumvit region and I had decided to try it out. I have had my fair share of Turkish/levantine cuisine both from turkey & Dubai and I'm well acquainted with the dishes. We ordered the mezze platter, adana kebab and iskender kebab. As soon as we were seated, the amuse bouche was served which was a small serving of crispy spiced bread sticks with 2 dips, Cacik & Ezme. The hammus, mutabbal and baba ghanoush in the mezze was really well made, even though none of these things are part of the real turkish cuisine, it pairs well either way. The mezze came with 2 small fluffy thick bread. The adana kebab was very well seasoned and it was spicy to the point and the meat flavor stood out, albeit not over powering. The plain buttered rice served along was very flavorful and we both really enjoyed it eventhough it was plain. The iskender kebab too was very authentic as is expected from a restaurant owned & run by a turkish person, although a fairly simple dish, it was very well made, the bed of butter tossed diced bread with a very generous portion of meat shavings topped with tomato based gravy and a few dollops of thick yogurt. The right thickness of meat shavings is very important for the perfect balance. Although we were recommended the desserts, we had no space left for it. All in I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and ambience too was to my liking. I absolutely disliked the area and the crowd on the main street, but this has nothing to do with the restaurant. And ofcourse halal food. The owner was friendly & actively engaged in customer interaction.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cappadocia Turkish Restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the tone for a delightful meal. The food was simply outstanding. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing the best of Turkish cuisine. For anyone looking for halal options, this is definitely the right place. The menu offers a variety of authentic dishes that cater to all tastes. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. One of the highlights was the complimentary Turkish tea served after our meal—it's a must-try! Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with delicious Turkish sweets on the house, which added a lovely touch to our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Cappadocia Turkish Restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy tasty food in a welcoming environment. It’s a hidden gem in Bangkok that deserves a visit!

Cappadocia is an excellent Turkish restaurant in Bangkok. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with traditional Turkish decor that feels both comfortable and elegant. The service is professional and kind—staff were attentive without hovering, and everything arrived on time. The food is the real highlight. The pide that comes out first is soft, warm, and slightly crisp on the outside—perfect with the dips. The hummus is smooth and well-seasoned, the baba ganoush smoky and balanced. The mixed meze platter is worth ordering just for the variety and freshness. We also had the lamb kebab, which was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, and the salad on the side was fresh and lightly dressed. The portions are generous without being overwhelming. Prices are fair for the quality. The tea at the end was a nice touch—served in traditional glassware and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Turkish food in Bangkok.

From the moment you step into this hidden gem of a Turkish restaurant, you’re transported—not just geographically, but culturally and emotionally—to the heart of Istanbul. The warm, fragrant air, rich with the scent of grilled meats, freshly baked bread, and exotic spices, is the first indication that you’re in for something special.

Service: As Warm as a Turkish Welcome

The hospitality here is impeccable—not just polite, but genuinely warm and inviting, as if you were a guest in someone’s home. The staff are knowledgeable, eager to recommend dishes based on your preferences, and attentive without being intrusive. Water glasses are never empty, plates arrive with perfect timing, and every small request is met with a sincere smile.

Food: A Symphony of Authentic Turkish Flavors

Every bite here is an explosion of flavor, history, and tradition. From the silky-smooth hummus to the perfectly charred kebabs, this is the kind of food that tells a story with every mouthful. The Bread: Baked fresh, with that ideal balance of crispy exterior and pillowy softness inside, served warm and begging to be dipped into a variety of rich, flavorful mezes. The Meze: A true celebration of Turkish cuisine, from smoky eggplant-based baba ghanoush to vibrant, tangy ezme that cuts through the richness perfectly. The Kebab: Cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, charred in all the right places, infused with the deep, smoky flavors of an authentic Turkish grill. The Rice & Sides: Fluffy, fragrant, and soaked in just the right amount of butter and seasoning, proving that even the simplest elements are...

A True Turkish Culinary Oasis in Bangkok – I Ate Here for 4 Days Straight! During my recent four-day stay in Bangkok, I stumbled upon a truly remarkable culinary oasis: Capadoccia Turkish Restaurant. So captivated by the quality and experience that this establishment became my default dining choice, hosting me for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for almost my entire trip! For all authentic Turkish food lovers, this place is a revelation. The taste profile is genuinely identical to what you would enjoy while sitting and enjoying your food right in Turkey. It offers that rare, unmistakable flavor. Whether it was the freshness of the morning borek and Turkish tea, the perfectly seasoned kebabs and fluffy rice for lunch, or the rich, authentic lentil soup (Mercimek Çorbası) for dinner, every single dish was prepared with care and skill. The authenticity here is unmatched. Beyond the spectacular kitchen, the staff elevates the entire experience. They are consistently very friendly, welcoming, and serving the best. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest every single time I walked through the door. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, and especially if you are a Turkish food lover or an expat looking for a taste of home. You must add Capadoccia to your Bangkok itinerary! Five stars...
