UPDATE: Despite saying in my original review (below) that I wouldn't eat here again, I was in the area and decided to give it another try on January 13, 2020. My original review awarded the restaurant 1 star and this time, I increased it to 3 stars.
This time, carefully staying away from the lasagna, I ordered Spaghetti alla Bolognese, a dish commonly served at restaurants throughout Bangkok. I figured that if an Italian restaurant couldn't get this right, there was no hope for it. Fortunately, they did pretty well. It was tasty and the portion size was fine. They also got my Coke Zero order correct. Nothing was spectacular but nothing was bad. The spaghetti was good though not quite as good as a small non-Italian restaurant near my condo but it was about a bit higher in price at ฿260. The Coke (a small can), however, was ฿90, notably higher than most area restaurants which average around ฿60-70.
So, will I eat here again in the future? Possibly, but I won't go out of my way to do so.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I have nothing good to say about Little Italy. I would give it zero stars but Google won't let me post without giving them at least 1 star.
I had dinner there tonight and ordered the lasagna. I love lasagna and really appreciate the blend of al dente lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, meat, and cheese. The lasagna I had here was barely edible. The noodles were cooked until they were mush, the filling (for want of a better word) may have had meat, I couldn't tell and if it had any tomato, well a tomato may have been somewhere in the same kitchen but it didn't make an appearance in this lasagna. The cheese was all in a single layer on top and it wasn't bad but couldn't make up for the rest of the dish. It arrived bubbling hot and I expected the first bite to be too hot to eat so I blew on it several times to cool it down. It turns out I didn't need to do that. It might have been warm enough to pass a health inspection in the US (I doubt that such a thing exists here in Thailand) but, if so, it would barely do so.
My other complaint was that I ordered a Coke Zero. I even had the waitress repeat it back. What I got was full-sugar Coke. I was pretty sure she understood me but, if she did, she didn't care enough to get it right. I didn't complain, though perhaps I should have.
The service was not bad but neither was it praise-worthy. The prices were ridiculously high considering the poor quality of the food. Overall the value was unacceptable and I will not eat here again.
Okay, despite how I started this review, I do have one good to say about this restaurant. There were plenty of places to sit as they were not packed with customers. With the quality of the food, though, I am...

Read more*Service and staff: you can tell they are really tired as this is a very late opening restaurant, so I can not judge them for not smiling at all.
*choices and Variety in Menu: there is not that much choices to chose from but it's withen limits.
*Price: it's kinda high for the food quality there are better then this and almost same price.
*Freshness or food quality: as you can see from its name it's an Italian restaurant so better chose some Italian food from the menu as pizza or pasta etc, I tried once a salmon and beef steak and it was was really bad or maybe not as fresh as it should be, so don't go much for those as this restaurant isn't for that...
Cleaning: in general cleaning is OK, nothing was seen other wise at least in the setting area, not sure about the kitchen as I could not take a look at it yet.
CR or toilet is kinda unfortunately not as clean as it should be...
Would I go back again?? Maybe if I run out of other choices as I said it's open until almost 5am so it's kinda stand it's self in that area...
Hope was able to bring up the place life to you... Will post videos to see it...
