Girls never go to this place if you want to be insulted from the completely unreasonable and rude staff there！

I have booked an appt on instagram and the staff tell me to make deposit as well for this appt which is so weird to me that I had never put deposit on any eyelashes appts even though i tried many places all over the world…

Anyway i told the staff i would transfer to their account later this day as i was not available at that moment. After few hours the staff told me the appt i have booked is no longer available as a random walk in just paid the deposit and took my slot…

The staff in asok branch and the person who is running instagram have ZERO COMMUNICATION over the appts. As a potential first time customer, I am hoping I can be treated respectfully and at least you should have let me know if I don’t do the transfer right now the random walk in will take my slot which also I didn’t even know the appt I made does not even count? And I have pointed out your booking system is terrible and should be improved then the staff accusing me rude. Not even mention that their website is not working either and the staff said you should walk in pay deposit when you find out website is not working. It’s funny that they expecting the first time customer knows all of your booking policies without being told. Then staff insulted me rude because I don’t accept how they structure their booking which leave super bad experience on customers. This is how they treat customers.

Moreover, the staff keep making PERSONAL ATTACK on me! DON’T GO if you want to get insulted. No offense to any other staff there only the one who is running behind...

I gave only 4 stars only because they didn't fully fit my booking on the first day. Lady called me on a day that it will be a 45-minute delay. Which is no nonfornme when I am only 3 days in Bangkok. I waited this 45min anyway, but still, they were not able to serve me. I was really upset because instayed in this particular hotel only because of this appointment. I agreed to come back the next day only if I get a discount for the inconvenience and if they will be sharp on on time with my booking. I have to say eyelashes have been done very nicely and quickly. After 2 weeks, I lost more from 1 of my eye, its about half less but still looks good. I did not get any discount, tho 😕 so I am happy with the result, but overall experience mixed. Maybe if you don't have much time in bangkok, book another place too,...

Truly the best lash studio in Bangkok, hands down !!!! I've tried sooo many other places here, with lower, similar or more expensive pricing, and none of them have the quality provided here overall (yes, even the more expensive studio!!) The technicians here always put out consistent beautiful work.

Lash isolation is great, removal is painless, and the whole process is super gentle. Lash retention is also amazing, as they even have a dehumidifier to combat the humid Thai weather!! (Humidity is the enemy of lash glue) If that doesn't tell you how much the owner cares about the clients, idk what will !!!
