Hi :-) I have recently celebrated my birthday at your restaurant. I am writing to express my gratitude for the service you offered on April 17th. When I visited your restaurant to celebrate my birthday. It was one of the most memorable birthday events in my life and your staff made it even more special by offering a complimentary decoration. You have definitely won me as one of your permanent customers and I would love to recommend your restaurant to my acquaintances. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very soothing and relaxing. Beautiful interior and wonderful and accurately placed lighting system - neither too bright nor too dim make this place a perfect spot for celebrations and Romantic dinners. The taste of the food was just out of the world. I would love to see you continue offering such an appreciating dining experience to your guests and wish remarkable success to your business.The service was fabulous too. Secondly, the restaurant employees by the name: May Pap and The Bartender by the name: Moss, were friendly and accommodating. They genuinely smiled and asked how they could help. And finally, the place gave us a peaceful environment that night. It was a nice atmosphere inside. Keep up the good work everyone :-).

I recently took my partner to Axis and Spin Rooftop for a birthday celebration, and it was a pretty good experience. The views from the 38th floor are really nice, and the atmosphere is cozy with the dim lighting and cool decor.

The food was solid, especially since we were craving Asian cuisine. However, the staff seemed to rush through the descriptions of the dishes, which made it hard to really get into what we were eating. I was hoping for a bit more info.

At first, the service was decent, but once the place got busier, it was tough to get someone’s attention for refills. I noticed the staff chatting a lot with each other, which was a bit distracting since it took away from the vibe.

I think having someone focused on checking in with guests could really help the experience. Overall, we had a nice time, and I’d consider coming back for another celebration, especially if they work on the...

I made a reservation for Bangkok Heightz and they confirmed my reservation. 2 days before my reservation I dropped them an email for confirmation and told me they have a function and was able to moved me to axis & spin and promised me a good seating.

Was extremely disappointed that: They had to change my booking and made promises Was given a table under the staircase away from the view Service was poor the fact that they promised a cake for my husbands birthday but didn’t come. It’s not usual for me to demand as I expected them to already know considering that we have communicated via email.

The place was cram and narrow. Service was poor. But I must say the food is good!

We left right after dinner and moved to another sky restaurant/bar nearby which offered much better view and service.
