Think I've found my new favorite flavor combo here, the Seafood ramen + extra chashu 😋 so good!
Another great experience at Tonkotsu, this time I ordered the gyoza along with my ramen and it was excellent, alot better than some other places. Every time I come here I always leave satisfied and full vs other ramen shops where sometimes I'm still hungry after a bowl. Also the services is great here and very friendly everytime. ... Came back again and ordered the large shoyu ramen. It was another excellent bow of ramen, this time the chashu was pretty much perfectly cooked. I especially liked the cabbage in the ramen, it was crunchy and sweet tasting. The only downside to ordering the large bowl is that you'll be too full to want to do anything else afterwards 😂. It's definitely worth the money though. .... Was still craving ramen today so decided to come visit here again. Ordered the krama miso with chashu and it was pretty good as I remembered. This time I ordered extra chashu for only 80b more, while I would have preferred the chashu to be a little bit more fatty and tender, it was good enough. The broth was decent but if you add some chili oil, vinegar, and pepper flakes it really makes it alot better. Overall the large serving was very satisfying and you can dump in the rice they give you in the end to make like a rice stew if you wanted. Will definitely come here more often. Oh the servers were very nice too! Pretty decent ramen, if you order large it comes in a big stone bowl thats really hot and cooks the noodles infront of you once you pour...
Read morethis one in vasu1 building, about fifteen minutes walk from bts asoke station/mrt sukhumvit, very yummy, different assortment ramen and side dishes like chicken wing, french fries, chill tofu, price very affordable, excellent waitress service, quick, polite and efficient, use japanese language greeting customers, quite full during lunch peak hours, customers include local thai people, tourists and native japanese, i suggest you order the ramen served in korean style earthenware bowls, which can keep your meal hot and especially yummy during the entire meal, for these kinds of ramen, waiters cover with volcano shaped cover after pouring in the hot milky like soup, and then they will come again and take away the cover when the ramen is considered just in time ripe for your enjoyment.

Read moreEvery time i come to Bangkok i would visit here.
And for the past 6 years coming to Bangkok and eating at this restaurant, the taste and ramen remained consistent, flavoursome and tasteful.
Not least, price is very reasonable!!👍
For the reviewers and haters who left 1 Star due to the restaurant closing at 23:00 and last orders being 22:30, then coming in at 22:31 and turned away stating it was a bad experience, this is a complete nonsense. Try coming a-bit early to enjoy the food This is Asia, not western country and mentality . To maintain quality of food, last orders are usually 30mins prior closing. The chefs have to clean the kitchen silly.... Instead of moaning about being shop closing at 23:00, think about the workers who worked from 11:00-23:00. I doubt YOU work these hours...
