Monika's Kitchen is a Bangladeshi restaurant located in Bangkok, known for its authentic flavors and homely atmosphere. The restaurant offers a wide range of traditional Bangladeshi dishes, from biryani and kebabs to fish curries and lentil soups, all prepared with fresh ingredients and aromatic spices.

Ambiance: The interior is cozy and simple, reflecting the essence of Bangladeshi culture with its modest decor and comfortable seating. It's a great spot for both casual dining and family gatherings.

Food: Customers rave about the rich and flavorful dishes. The biryani is a highlight, perfectly cooked with fragrant rice and tender meat. The fish curry, made with fresh, succulent fish and a spicy, tangy sauce, is another favorite. Vegetarian options like dal (lentil soup) and mixed vegetable curry are also well-received, offering a delightful blend of spices and textures.

Service: The staff at Monika's Kitchen are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that enhances the dining experience. They are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations based on customer preferences.

Overall Experience: Monika's Kitchen stands out as a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Bangladeshi cuisine in Bangkok. The combination of delicious food, warm ambiance, and attentive service makes it a popular choice among locals and tourists alike.

In summary, Monika's Kitchen offers a delightful culinary journey to Bangladesh, right in the...

Monica’s Kitchen may be small in size, with limited seating and a modest setup, but once you step inside, it feels like you’ve come home to Bangladesh. The flavors, the warmth, the variety—it’s all there.

The menu is full of comforting options: from Fish Kofta to rich Beef Bhuna, from an array of seasonal vegetables to a delightful spread of Bhortas—each dish is prepared with care and authenticity. Whether you’re craving something spicy, savory, or soul-soothing, you’ll find it here.

They also offer Bangladeshi sweets and a good, strong cup of tea that rounds off the meal perfectly. It’s simple, nostalgic, and truly satisfying.

One small drawback is that prices are not listed on the menu. Though the food is reasonably priced, it would feel more transparent and convenient if the cost of each item were shown. I have noticed all the Bangladeshi restaurants are half in a price than any indian restaurant in Bangkok.

Still, Monica’s Kitchen is a hidden gem for anyone missing the taste of home. If you’re in Sukhumvit and craving a slice of Bangladesh, don’t miss this charming little spot. Very near from Soi 11 and Bunrungrad hospital. there are also money...

If you are Bangladeshi and visiting Bumrungrad hospital this might be the nearest bangali hotel you could have. There are other Bengali hotel like Bangla restaurant and some on soi5 and soi7, however, this one seems to be the best in both taste and costs. In other restaurant you can not eat rice after sometime, though I don't know why, maybe due to their cooking process. Here you can eat at least one plate of rice. The items are all most similar to other restaurant but there is a big difference with others which is you can order half for almost all the item though they charge 60% for half, still it's better while you want some more and can't take a full plate of any item. Price is also reasonable here, in some cases less than others. Service is similar to others. Most important thing is you will get desired breakfast here which you will not probably get in other begali restaurant. You can order plain roti, parata or luchi here with vaji, vegetables, eggs or chicken and other items. You can definitely try...
