As you mentioned, based on your understanding, let me correct you—you misunderstood the situation. The manager never met with me or apologized at the restaurant. I personally made a phone call on Friday night, followed up with another call on Saturday, and was contacted by the duty manager on Sunday. To be clear, I never received any contact or apology from a restaurant manager. Please don’t make assumptions just to look good in a Google Review response.

The quality of the food is standard and worth the price, but the service is horrible and extremely disappointing.
To start, I included a remark in my reservation requesting a nice, quiet table with a good view. Instead, I was given a table in the middle of the restaurant, right next to the food line.
While we were in the middle of a conversation, a female staff member approached our table, interrupted us to ask if we knew about TripAdvisor, and proceeded to show us how to leave a review on her phone. She also implied that she wanted to be mentioned by her name in the review. Mind you, throughout the entire night, she only came to our table twice—once to serve grilled river prawns and once to bring our drinks.
When we finished our meal, I asked for the check. A male staff member came over, and I asked if he needed my reservation code from Eatigo since other hotel restaurants typically require it. He hesitantly replied, “No, I think the number on the bill is correct.”
Before leaving, I asked the same staff member if the restaurant was registered under the Easy E-Receipt program. His response? “I don’t know.” So I asked him to check with someone who did know, as I needed a definitive answer. He brought over someone I assumed to be a manager, who confirmed they were in the program and then asked the staff member to retrieve something before disappearing. The staff member later returned with a tax invoice and told me, “This is all we have.”
Confused, I called the hotel’s main number to inquire about the Easy E-Receipt program. The receptionist told me she didn’t have that information and would have to check with the restaurant. This struck me as odd because if they were registered in the program, the tax invoice should have been issued under the hotel’s name, not the restaurant’s. How could the receptionist not know this? So far this is the worst buffet. I should explain why.
All the food under the hotlights on the live station was ice cold, even though they were in the Chaffen dishes and steam was coming off them. The food must have been going in cold and with not enough time for the Bain Marie to reheat the items.
Scrambled eggs ice cold Bacon ice cold Sausages ice cold. All ice cold.!!
The food in the enclosed chaffen dishes was hot.
The smoked salmon was tasteless and most of the other hot items had no seasoning either.
The dim sums, were also extremely bland.
Service The western manager at the door was very gracious and inviting.
The hostess was also very gracious.
No server explained the situation where I have to get my own coffee from a station. I’ve only every seen this in an ibis or a lower standard hotel than the radisson.
During my entire breakfast the only server to approach me, was after my immediate entry asking for payment and the second was to clear my plate.
During this entire time the chef In charge obviously did not check the quantity or temperature or the food. Even though he was constantly on the floor. See images below.
The lady sous chef, was very active In tasting the food near my departure.
I’m only giving one star for food, as chef deserve to get some recognition for all there hard work.

We got a good deal on the Sunday Brunch Buffet via Eatigo, and so we decided to give it a try as part of the birthday celebrations for my mom and my nephew. In a nutshell, we were so grateful that we've found this place because our experience here was unforgettably very enjoyable. The friendliness and attentiveness of the service staff, the kitchen crews and the chefs were evident the moment we stepped inside the restaurant. It didn't stop there, thier attention to details remained throughout the entire brunch period. Different items of food were voluntarily being suggested and offered and fresh water was being poured continually and the tea and the coffee were being constantly served. The qualities of the food items were also second to none. I've sampled more than 10 different items from 5 different cuisines and 5 more dessert items, and still my tummy didn't have enough room to sample everything they offered! Every single ingredient that they used were extremely fresh and of high quality. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Every food item was equally delicious. All in all, one of the best brunch buffets we have had in Bangkok, worth every Baht we paid! We also would like to give special thanks to everyone at the restaurant for thier remarkable services.
