If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, this Hong Kong roast duck restaurant is an absolute gem. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by the rich aroma of perfectly roasted duck, which sets the tone for a meal that can only be described as exquisite.

The highlight, of course, is their signature roast duck. The skin is beautifully golden and irresistibly crispy, while the meat underneath is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The delicate balance of spices used in their marinade makes every bite a harmony of savory and aromatic notes, just as one would expect from authentic Hong Kong cuisine.

Beyond the main dish, their menu offers an array of complementary options, from the perfectly steamed buns to the refreshing side dishes that enhance the main course without stealing the spotlight. Their homemade dipping sauce deserves a special mention—its tangy sweetness elevates the duck to new heights.

The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the experience. Whether it’s the elegant décor that nods to Hong Kong’s rich culinary heritage or the friendly, attentive staff, every detail makes you feel like a valued guest.

If you’re a fan of roast duck or simply want to explore the essence of Hong Kong’s food culture, this restaurant is a must-visit. It’s a place that leaves you savoring every bite and counting the days until...

Review of Kam’s Roast at Icon Siam

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kam’s Roast in Icon Siam, and I must say, the experience was a culinary delight!

Soya Chicken The star of the show was undoubtedly the soya chicken. The skin was perfectly crispy, while the meat was tender and juicy, infused with a rich, savory glaze that had just the right balance of sweetness and saltiness. Each bite melted in my mouth, showcasing the expert preparation that Kam's Roast is known for. It was served with a side of fragrant rice, which complemented the dish beautifully. I couldn't resist drizzling a bit of their house-made chili sauce on top, adding a delightful kick to the meal.

Jellyfish Equally impressive was the jellyfish appetizer. It was served cold, with a light, tangy dressing that enhanced its natural flavor. The texture was crunchy yet delicate, making it a refreshing contrast to the richer soya chicken. The addition of sesame seeds and cucumber provided a nice crunch and a burst of freshness, making this dish a perfect palate cleanser.

Overall, my visit to Kam’s Roast was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend trying both the soya chicken and jellyfish. The combination of flavors and textures made for a memorable meal that I can't...

The star of the show is undoubtedly the roast duck. The skin is flawlessly crispy, with a golden hue that practically glows, while the meat is exceptionally tender and juicy. Each bite is infused with the perfect blend of spices, delivering a depth of flavor that pays homage to traditional Hong Kong cooking.

The supporting dishes are equally impressive. From the soft, pillowy buns to the fresh and vibrant sides, everything is thoughtfully crafted to complement the duck. Their signature dipping sauce, with its sweet and tangy profile, is the perfect finishing touch—it elevates the duck to an unparalleled level of deliciousness.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with tasteful décor that reflects Hong Kong’s vibrant food culture. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring every guest feels well cared for from start to finish.

For anyone seeking a taste of true Hong Kong culinary artistry, this restaurant is a must-visit. Each visit is a feast for the senses, leaving you eagerly planning your...

Kam’s Roast ICONSIAM - A Taste of Hong Kong in Bangkok Kam’s Roast at ICONSIAM truly lives up to its reputation as the "Master of Hong Kong-style roasting." From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the modern Chinese décor that transported us straight to Hong Kong. The ambiance was both elegant and inviting, setting the perfect stage for an exceptional dining experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We indulged in their signature roast duck, which was perfectly marinated and roasted to crispy perfection. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, complemented by their special sauces. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our dining experience was flawless. It's clear that Kam’s Roast maintains the high standards that have earned it a Michelin star for several consecutive years. For anyone looking to enjoy authentic Hong Kong-style roast meats in Bangkok, Kam’s Roast at ICONSIAM is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

The restaurant advertised its Michelin star 1 awards every year since 2015 so I visited there and ordered their signature menu, pipa duck which is my one of favorite dishes. Since the food was awful, however, I googled to see if it is true. The truth is that the same named restaurant located in Hong Kong was awarded and might have failed conveying the recipe to this restaurant in Bangkok. Pipa duck I ordered was like rubber chewing. Service was not typically bad in global standards. However, I believe Thai people have highest service standards since all Thai people I encountered. provide great service. On the other hand, I couldn't feel any welcoming mood here. Half pipa duck costs 748 Baht. However, they claimed 10% service charge and 7% VAT that I was unaware of. Thus, the final cost was 880.4 Bhat. KFC chicken I had yesterday with 199 Baht was much delicious and costs less than a quarter.
