The Palms Bar & Grill Samui — Restaurant in Ko Samui

The worst experience imaginable. We were forced to pay for a drink we never ordered. When we refused to pay for something we did not consume, the staff became abusive and shockingly violent. What was supposed to be a fun night instantly turned into a nightmare. My friend was brutally hit without any provocation or reason. The aggression and behavior strongly suggested that some of the staff might have been under the influence of drugs.

The treatment we received was beyond unacceptable—rude, hostile, and downright dangerous. Tourists should feel safe, not threatened, but here the staff went as far as physically attacking guests. This is not just unprofessional; it is criminal.

Date of incident: 21 August, around midnight. If there is any doubt, I urge the management to check the CCTV footage, which will clearly show the horrifying ordeal we went through.

I wrote a review about this place a year ago from another account. Now, I'm writing a new one from this account. I was so happy to come back after a year and see the same talented band " The Jack and Wine"! You guys rock! I had so much fun.

It's great that people can easily ask to have their favorite songs to be performed by the band. You just write it on a piece of paper (ask your waiter for it) and give it to the waitress, who will give it to the band. The frontman is so nice that he will always read it out loud and say if he can perform the song asked.

I absolutely love this place — the design, the location, the band, and the staff. Such amazing rock bands are rare, and I wish the band and the bar lots of success. God bless you all!❤️🙏

This "restaurant" was located on my way to some nightlife spots hence I gave it a try. At the night of my visit a DJ was doing a set. According to the equipment which was prepared they also seem to have live music at times.

Staff was very attentive, meat unfortunately anything other than the advertised quality.

Four stars deduction as the meat was served at the wrong cooking stage, was of very bad quality ( they advertise otherwise ) and zero compensation even after clearly outlining whats wrong - I should have expected the wrong cooking stage with the long waiting time but did have hope.
