Not Family-Friendly, Extremely Hostile Experience

I visited this establishment with my wife and baby, hoping for a quiet coffee break after a day at the beach. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but welcoming.

I ordered an iced coffee, and we sat outside while organizing our baby and belongings. A manager came out and, in an unnecessarily aggressive tone, demanded that I remove a new, unopened diaper from the table. While I understood and immediately apologized for the oversight, his manner was shocking. I calmly complied and removed all our belongings from the table, but his hostility left me uneasy.

Things escalated when it started raining. We were struggling to keep our baby out of the rain, and while standing to manage the situation, another couple approached, asking to take our seats. I politely explained that we were using them.

Out of nowhere, the same manager returned about 10 minutes later and completely lost control. He began yelling at me and my baby in a hostile and aggressive manner, despite me remaining calm and apologetic. To my disbelief, he even shoved my baby’s stroller into the rain. I felt incredibly unsafe and threatened by his behavior.

Despite my best efforts to de-escalate the situation, the aggression continued. Shockingly, the rest of the staff stood by silently, offering no support or intervention.

I have never been treated with such hostility anywhere in my life. What was meant to be a peaceful coffee break turned into a distressing and unsafe experience for my family. This establishment is clearly not welcoming to families with children, and I would strongly caution others from visiting, especially if you are with...

We discovered this café by chance, and now I can confidently say — if you’re going to have breakfast in Krabi, this is the place to do it! From the moment we walked in, we felt a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is spotless and well-kept, with air conditioning that makes staying here comfortable even in the tropical heat.

The coffee deserves a special mention — it’s absolutely amazing. Honestly, it’s the best coffee we’ve had in Krabi. Rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced — the kind of cup that makes your morning instantly better.

The breakfast was just as impressive. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, the ingredients were high-quality, and you could tell everything was prepared with care.

The service was excellent too. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive without being intrusive. Everything was served quickly and smoothly, always with a warm smile — it really added to the whole experience.

Today we were at Railey Beach. Me and my Boyfriend got Pad Thai Chicken from Summer Fresh for take away. Pad Thai was non that good as we expected. After Lunch the rain started and most people instantly got back home, most with Longtail Boats. They left their litter at the beach so we picked it up and wanted to bring it back to the restaurant. We have to say, that at Railey walking street there is no public litter box so you have to bring back the litter to the restaurant. They only took back the litter from their restaurant. We had to take the rest with us. I think that is not okey because it is in the interest of all that the beach is clean. Stuff was very unfriendly in this case.
