Very alert, attentive, and good service minded staffs. Food were awesome. We ordered 3 things, and that was a good portion for 2 people. (1) The pork ribs in hot soup were super soft (you can watch my video in the video session), and the taste was heavenly delicious (gently balance of all taste.) (2) Fried-rice topped with pork-chop were delicious, rice were well cooked and stirred so they were not sticked together, all rice were still in perfect shape (not broke), and that made this looks great and also yummy. (3) The Xiao Long Bao were served while they‘re still very hot, make sure to wait at the exactly moment so its temperature is at the perfect point to enjoy the pork and soup inside (eat with ginger and soy sauce). (4) The hot tea came in a pot with lots of quality tea leaves inside. Hot water is free to refill. We also enjoyed the view outside as this restaurant has big windows around the corner of the building.
In conclusion, that was our good meal and...
Read moreDin Tai Fung is a Taiwanese chain restaurant that specializes in Chinese cuisine, particularly famous for their Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), Chinese noodles, and fried rice.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall ambiance of the dining experience. The staff was very efficient and effective in their roles, and their attentiveness to our needs throughout the meal was appreciated.
The store front had a glass window, showcasing the chefs as they expertly prepared the Xiao Long Bao by hand, which was a treat to watch. The Xiao Long Bao itself was simply delicious. The dough was thin and delicate, and the broth inside was flavorful and savory. It was a standout dish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits.

Read moreAs always, DTF does not disappoint. The dim sums are soft and flavourful. We tried their seasonal special, crab meat with pork, albeit a bit sweet, it was indeed an explosion of flavours in the mouth. The other dim sums were delicious, as were the side dishes. Which consisted of the cucumber with black vinegar and chilli and the green beans. The shrimp with pork in chicken broth dim sum soup was light, and a healthy option if wanting to stay on the healthy side of the menu. For drinks, I got the sour plum with calamasi juice, which was right on point, but also a bit sweet.
The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. And the restaurant is surrounded by glass overlooking towards the main road. This allows for plant of light and makes it more inviting.
