Ippudo at Central Embassy used to be a five star restaurant two years ago, but let me tell you how they have deteriorated.... 1. They have changed their source of pork. The new pork that they use is thinner, less chewy and less natural tasting. Subtle but noticeable difference. 2. There are cockroaches at the long table next to the kitchen on the far side of the restaurant. Twice I sat there. Twice I saw cockroaches. 3. Service is very uneven. Aside from yelling their traditional greeting - which I find more obnoxious now that I've been there a few times - some staff are just don't know how to serve people. Like taking someone off the street and telling them to serve. Overall, it is sad to see what I considered an excellent restaurant go down hill.
