Good hearty food to enjoy. Though nothing like the branch in Mahanakorn (now closed), it still offers good meal and great coffee. People who used to love the one in Mahanakorn flag ship branch knows the difference in food selection though. It used to have new seasonal menu along with the regular dishes. The food was exciting and delicious, so much better in taste and quality. Well it was different owner then. Now it’s just an ok place to eat. And the goods on shelves are now limited to some tea, cookies, chocolate. The gourmet items like special pasta sauce or salad dressing or special cooking oil are no longer on the shelves. I used to come here more often for lunch now the menu is fixed to same old. And the taste are not particularly special while the price is quite high. Too bad used to love coming here a lot. It’s still good but...

Dean & Deluca offers a pleasant dining experience with a few standout elements, though there are areas for improvement. The food was enjoyable, especially the ham, which had a lovely flavour, though a thicker cut would have enhanced its texture, as honey ham benefits from a more substantial slice. Portion sizes were on the smaller side, which may leave some diners wanting more.

What truly shone was the excellent service—attentive yet unobtrusive, always available when needed without being overbearing. The ambiance, however, felt more like a well-decorated canteen rather than a cosy or refined setting, which may not be a draw for those seeking atmosphere.

Overall, it's a good spot to visit, but the prices seem more reflective of its prime location than the food portions...

This restaurant used to be at the 2nd floor of the Central Embassy Shopping mall and it has moved to a smaller area in the 6th floor called Open House where there are many restaurants. They changed the concept of serving.. Now you have to order at the cashier and pay in advance and they give you a buzzer that reminds when your food is ready for you to pick it up. The food is still the same however the kids meals size are more suitable for a toddler and now they serve drinks in disposable glasses and they charge you 10% for service. Definitely it is a downgrade of what this restaurant used to be at...
