An absolute disgrace! We arrived as a group of four and were given a food and drink menu. So far, so good.

Shortly after, we noticed that the menu was written in Hebrew.

Since we are neither Israeli nor able to read Hebrew, we asked for an English menu. In response, we were met with strange and condescending looks.

When we finally received the menus and were ready to order, we were simply told, “One moment.”

Then, a group of four people, who seemed to be from the same country as the staff, arrived. They were immediately served and even assisted by two or three waiters at the same time, while we sat there waiting for 20 minutes.
