UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: It's quite disturbing that you would lie about the event when you wasn't even present until the police arrived which were in fact called for my own safety due to your staff trying to entrap me on the premises physically. After I complained the first time that the sausages were frozen and the food arrived cold for a second time, no solution was offered as you claim by your incompetent and moody manager with her poor understanding of English. Common sense and competent customer service would have meant the manager would have simply heated up the beans but instead stated that they are always served cold and cannot be heated. In this situation was I wrong to not want to leave your premises with this lunacy? If I ate those cold sausages I would have had food poisoning but the childish owner couldn't even apologise for that with his tiny ego. The establishment is a joke and the owner is more of a joke. Stay clear if you value your health. I value and respect the kingdom of thailand greatly and this was my first experience like this ever in Thailand. There are a lot more decent options for food in the area.

I had a terrible experience here that escalated out of hand.

So I ordered a full English breakfast. When it arrived it looked good and I started eating it but was shocked to find the sausages were still partly frozen and uncooked. I told the waiter who went to heat it up and upon returning the food I found the beans were now freezing cold along with the other food items being cold except the sausages. I asked to see the manager who told me the beans were meant to be cold! I refused to eat the food at the risk of food poisoning and rather than them seek a solution to simply heat up the food or replace the meal they demanded I pay or police would be called. After this the situation did escalate with two staff members squaring up to me after I tried to leave and police did attend for my protection. I decided to pay the bill in the end to avoid wasting more time and energy but I wouldn't return to this place if you paid me. The owner was very rude and customer service was non existent. Amazing Thai Food and Warm Hospitality!

I've been coming to Glow Bloom regularly, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. My go-to dishes are tom yum with river prawn s, deep fried fish (Pla Rose) and their incredible mango sticky rice.

The staff is always welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home every time. The atmosphere is cozy, and whether I'm dining in or getting takeout, the service is consistently great. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the portion sizes are generous

Not only Thai foods, they also have sushi and breakfast as well. I was curious to try the sushi menu, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic addition! The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the Golden Silk—it had a perfect balance of textures and flavors. The breakfast options are just as impressive, with delicious, satisfying dishes that are thoughtfully made. It’s great to see such variety on the menu while still maintaining high quality across the board.

Also prices are reasonable for the quality, and the portions are generous.

If you're looking for authentic Thai food, Sushi and breakfast with excellent service, I highly recommend this place. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Patong!
