I walked past the restaurant a few times and thought they only served pork because of all the pig statues I saw. They do serve a lot of pork but after reading the menu, I saw that they had some lamb and beef options. I was greeted on arrival and seated quickly. I went on a Monday afternoon around lunch time. I was the only one there for a little while. The staff were very attentive. They had different seating areas such as the inside of an open yurt. I ordered beef short ribs and a lime spritzer type of drink. I’ve had short ribs before and they were appropriately cooked but they had no seasoning. I was brought a separate condiments tray and was told that they were scaled by the heat. I don’t like spicy food but do appreciate seasoned food. This could also just be the way that Bailinese food is prepared and may be perfectly normal. My dish had vegetables in what I assume was a peanut sauce. (I’m new to south East Asian food). I don’t know if they were supposed to be cold but they were. The vegetables were also barely cooked, almost raw. It consisted of carrots and string beans so spoilage was not an issue just the effort it took to bite into them. It may be another case that this is the Balinese way of preparing food. Lastly, the spritzer I order was to be a combination of juices but it was so tart from the amount of lime juice that I didn’t taste any other juices. Later that night I also suffered from severe acid reflux from the few sips I took. I did’nt even attempt to drink a fourth of it. The food was just not to my taste. Someone else may love it and I believe that people really come for the ribs. A group directly behind me seemed to enjoy them. I only gave three stars because the food didn’t suit me. It wasn’t bad food. It just didn’t appeal to me but at least I can say I tried bailinese food. The staff were great and the restaurant...
Read moreMy wife and I had a fantastic lunch at Naughty Nuri's Phuket that we won't forget. The food, service, and atmosphere combined for an amazing experience.
The standout was definitely the Signature Pork Ribs. True to its claim as "Probably the Best Ribs in the World," the meat was tender and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delight that left us craving more.
We also enjoyed the Pork Knuckle, which was juicy with crispy skin. We added our own twist with soy sauce and lemon, making it even better.
The pitcher drink was refreshing and paired well with the meal. What surprised us pleasantly was the reasonable pricing despite the high quality.
The staff made our visit exceptional. They served us promptly and catered to our requests. The mix of Thai local and Filipino staff(special mention to Kuya Ram and Ate, whose name I unfortunately forgot) added a personal touch, sharing insights about Phuket.
As a delightful finale, the "Fire Glazed Banana" dessert was a spectacle and tasted great.
We're already planning to return, either tomorrow or this weekend, especially to enjoy the live band from 7pm to 10:30pm. Naughty Nuri's Phuket offers not only delicious food but also an inviting atmosphere.
In short, Naughty Nuri's Phuket is a must-visit. With its tasty food, attentive service, and lively ambiance, it's a gem worth experiencing. We're looking forward to...
Read moreI had an incredible dining experience at Naughty Nuri, and I can't recommend it enough! The Anniversary Pork Ribs were absolutely outstanding — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I’d order it again even without the promotion, it’s that good. The Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng were both delicious, and the mooping they came with was a perfect addition, making each bite even better. The Pad Thai was served spicy red, but to my pleasant surprise, it wasn’t too spicy at all. It was full of flavor and incredibly tasty! And the Fire Flaming Banana was a real treat — not only was it scrumptious, but the fire show that accompanied it was a huge hit with the kids. All in all, Naughty Nuri delivered an unforgettable meal and experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!
Edit: We are back again for more! The service standard is still incredibly high! We have Kozin serving us this time, he is absolutely attentive. He even came running to help my daughter pick up the sunglasses that we dropped so that she doesn't have to get up from her seat. How sweet!
Food is awesome, coupled with the attentive service is what makes us coming back...
