The reasons why…. Firstly being told that i could swap an ingredient on a Pizza no problem later to be charged for said ingredient It was only 100 Baht which is small change but the point being i clearly refuted this as i was clear with them when ordering, only for the waiter to come back with the same charge on the bill (which came to 1100 for a thai main dish, a pizza, bread, water and two beers, which felt high for Phuket) I found this customer service very poor as i am fair but unfortunately this business puts profits over customer service…. The waiter seemed to ask the manager for the manager so fair play to him but the manager was rude in her approach, not offering to come over and resolve the issue

In terms of the Pizza itself it was ok..

Id highly recommend going to La vista over the road where the pizza is outstanding (and cheaper), you wont be...

Being very eager to eat here in the beginning, I really have to admit: this cannot be called a true Italian restaurant. The Italians I know are proud and passionate about the food they serve.. Here, a salad Caprese with One twig of basil, regular tomatoes and mozzarella that tastes like rubber is served.. Not to speak about the Fettucinne Carbonara that felt more like an instant powdered cream soup with vermicelli. At first, we entered a very nicely cooled restaurant but all of a sudden the AC was switched off by the staff.. Dont forget to hold on to your plate too, as it is removed when empty - even if the other half is still eating. We didn’t expect to find such a good place in center of Patong, near Banglaroad. Very friendly atmosphere, all staff well trained, the chef personally comes to each table to check is it all good.

We have asked to personalize some dishes for us, and they did all by our wishes, thank you 🙏

It’s the most delicious pasta that I ever tried. We took a sharing plate, because it quite big plate for 1 , but believe me it was very delicious

The place full of people, they have a lot of regular costumers.
