UPDATE of my review...

I was very satisfied customers for months until what's happened Friday...a sort of sandwich received, I called the support, one answered me, told me that he will cancel my order, je was sorry and he will refund it, and meanwhile if I wanted to, I can order again.

I did order again, was delicious thanks.

Called them that I did order again and waiting for the refund of the farce of the first order. Because you know, I paid twice!

2 days later still didn't receive the refund of the destroyed pizza received earlier...I waited a long time.

So Now I can't trust this restaurant, ˙gonna surely order in another restaurant.˙ Sad because I was a regular customer...

UPDATE of my review : Received a personnal message from the manager, and they refund me after 4 days later, now I regain the trust on them, they explained the situation. But yeah quite a shocking experience from an order of Lineman.

I don't think I would order again from Lineman on this restaurant because no request possible in english, it's full thai in case of issues like this..I hope I won't have to deal with this kind of issue later...to avoid situations like this, I suggest them to have grab or foodpanda, never got issues from these...

We went for pizza dinner because they advertised woodfired pizza and they are close to our hotel. The restaurant is located within the Andaman Beach Hotel on ground/lobby floor. We got a pleasant surprise because we went on a Wednesday evening and found that they have a pizza special with 50% discount on the second pizza. The pizzas were very good and indeed woodfired. The staff (especially Koy) was super friendly and attentive. We had a great evening and will be back for...

It was like it was their first service. 30 minutes to take our order. Then another hour until food arrived. Maybe we were there a little early and the woodfire wasn't ready. Not sure. The pizza looks good but isn't. The dough is bland. Not like a Gradi melbounre style pizza at all. The sauce on the pizza was no better than a sauce I make at home. The cheese had no taste. The pepperoni was the only good thing. Shame because the pizza...
