So I usually only reserve a 5 star for the extra mile a place goes when I am surprised in a good way. After two weeks in Patong, I tried restaurants that charge a lot and give a little, charge a little, and give a lot... this place is top shelf. Let me explain. I don't like spicy food, I love Spicy Food. It's been weeks, and I have not found a place with bad food, but I have not tasted the Thai Spice everyone has told me about. Today I have ! Thai Smile is my go-to place for when I need to stay up all night regretting and questioning my life choices.
I had the Pad Cha Stir Fry mixed veggies with seafood. It was tasty and 🔥 hot....
Most of the negative reviews you see are really not justified. The staff is Friendly and they care about the customers. The kitchen is small, and the place gets packed, so there is a natural delay in food prep.
Smile be friendly try to remember you are in there home. Be respectful and they will...
Read moreDefinetely the best thai restaurant on the Parong beach area for me. I've tried many restaurants here but this one is the best. 2 times in the 1st brach and 1 in the 2nd branch. The food quality is great. I have a weak stomach so sometimes when i go to a foreign country and eat foreign food i got problems like volmit or stomachache but this restaurant chain is totally safe and good taste. Just sometimes there are too many customers and just a few tables (for 2 of their branches it's not a big restaurant, just like a local restaurant so it's quite small). There are motiquos biting me too. Hope they can spray something to make them dissapear once a week or at least once a month. If i had have known this one right after i arrived to Patong beach area then i would have definetely came here every day for my meals. The price is reasonable too, not like some restaurants for tourists near the Jungcelyon shopping mall or those...
Read moreThis Restaurant is over rated in tripadvisor. The food was okay but not great. We ordered an oyster apetizer that had spinach and yellow cheese on top which was ok. I ordered fish which was too sweet for my taste. my wife ordered seafood fried rice which wasen't the greatest either. all in all the food was okay but overpriced in my opinion. The restaurant was in a dark street away from the main streets in Patong. The restaurant itself was pretty small. They had a couple tables that were located in a sidewalk down an alley which was next to it. Their drinks were well presented but unconsistent. We ordered two mojitos. One was made very well but the other was way too strong with too little simple syrup. I would'nt recommend going out of your way to go to this restaurant. If it's on your way sure give it a try but we had to talk for 15 minutes to get here which we though...
