Staying at Warm Window Hostel in Silom was an experience I will always cherish. For 26 days, this place became my home away from home. It’s perfect for any solo traveler looking for comfort, great amenities, and a warm community. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delightful spread with options like fresh orange juice, cereal, a wide variety of fruits, omelettes, eggs, cake, bread, jams, and toast. It was the ideal way to kickstart my day and kept me energized for all my adventures.

The rooftop view was one of my favorite aspects of the hostel, offering a stunning sight of the Mahanakhorn building daily. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, I enjoyed peaceful moments with this iconic view, right in the heart of bustling Silom. The location is unbeatable, giving you easy access to everything Silom has to offer – from food and shopping to cultural attractions.

But what truly made my stay memorable was the staff, whose dedication, friendliness, and warmth went beyond expectations: • Mint Ging: Always welcoming and genuinely caring, Mint Ging was the soul of the hostel. Her bright smile and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She always had great recommendations and helpful tips for navigating Silom. • Noi Namwan: Noi Namwan’s enthusiasm and readiness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. She was quick to help with any questions and made sure the communal atmosphere was lively and inviting. • Mar Joi: Mar Joi was always kind and approachable, ensuring guests felt included and valued. Whether it was helping with directions or sharing local insights, she was always there with a friendly approach. • Tangkwa Jun: Tangkwa Jun’s cheerful and friendly demeanor brightened up every day. She was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly, always ready to lend a helping hand with a positive attitude.

Each of these wonderful team members contributed to making my stay truly exceptional. Their hospitality made Warm Window Hostel more than just a place to sleep – it felt like a community where I could relax and be myself.

If you’re considering staying in Silom, I can’t recommend Warm Window Hostel enough. With its unbeatable location, delicious breakfast, and incredible staff, it’s the perfect spot for any traveler looking for comfort and a sense...

Formal Complaint Regarding Repeated Unprofessional Conduct by Staff Member

Dear Management,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding repeated unprofessional conduct by one of your staff member A**H (designation unclear — possibly seems like Assistant Manager, or Manager) during my stay at your property.

On several occasions, this staff member shared with me her dissatisfaction regarding salary increments, position concerns, and internal management issues. These conversations also involved gossip and remarks about the owner and workplace environment. As a guest, I found such behavior entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly when shared repeatedly and unsolicited.

While I am intentionally not disclosing the name at this stage in order to avoid affecting anyone’s career prospects, the persistence of these interactions has left me with no choice but to bring this matter to your attention formally. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the management’s internal culture but also creates an uncomfortable and awkward experience for guests, who expect discretion and professionalism within a hospitality setting.

I trust that the management will take this matter seriously and ensure that such behavior is not repeated with me or anybody else in future.

I trust this feedback will be received in a constructive and professional manner. My intention is to support a respectful and positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike. I would be more than willing to refrain from sharing any additional observations or supporting details, provided the concern is appropriately acknowledged and addressed with due consideration.

I sincerely hope the management will address this concern with sensitivity and responsibility, keeping in mind the guest’s right to privacy, comfort, satisfaction, and mental peace during their...

I originally booked 2 nights but extended an additional 3 because I love the atmosphere and staff! It's a good location in Silom, walking distance to the BTS, and great restaurants and bars. The inside decor is rustic with a modern twist, inviting, and warm. Lots of space to chill out and work on your laptop or relax in the lounge or amazing rooftop area with seats and a view of the "Jenga"-like Mahanakhon building. You can do a full load of laundry in the washer for the same price as sending out 1kg elsewhere. There's a kitchen you can use and you can store food in the fridge, use the toasters, microwave, dishes, etc. Lots of free snacks including packaged noodles, coffee, tea, and free drinking water. The staff is super friendly and always looking out for you. They genuinely want you to enjoy your stay and care about each guest! The manager is also very kind and receptive to feedback, and took action right away when I made a couple suggestions. The entire building is kept spotless as they clean throughout the day. Bathrooms are large and showers have shampoo and soap, hot water, and great water pressure. Breakfast has fruit (yay!), a variety of breads and baked items, and cereal. I'm in a dorm and the lockers are extremely spacious, warm blanket, comfy pillow. I saw a private room and was in shock at how nice it was! Beautifully decorated, pictures don't do it justice. Will have to stay in one next time I come...

I stayed in the private room for two days. In conclusion, it's a great hostel. - Service All the staff were very good. They greeted me with kindness and also kindly explained about the room. And before I asked for anything, the staff solved it first. Overall, The best part was that all the staff were very kind and friendly that even though I had traveled, I felt like I was home. - Location The location is very convenient. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the BTS Surasak station. You can also see many local restaurants or stores while walking. - Room Also the room was very clean and very tidy. One of my favourite point is, the personal refrigerator and a table for four in the room. In my opinion this hostel would be perfect for coming and staying with friends and family. One more thing is, you can also see the tallest building in Bangkok in the room. And one more important thing is, This hostel has just opened so everything is brand new. lol If I visit Bangkok again, I want to stay this hostel again ! it was a wonderful hostel.
