First of all, I had to wait 7 ques coming on about 12:00 which took about 40 minutes for us to get a table, but this isn't the restaurant's fault, so I wouldn't recommend coming here for a Sunday Brunch if you're hungry like I was, but the real problems were 1. I ordered the sparkling water on the menu which was 50 baht for one, I didn't suspect much but what I got was a Schweppes Soda water which isn't the same for those of you who can differentiate, so I asked the waiter to change it into San Pellegrino sparkling water, and I asked whether was still or sparkling, the waitress has to ask her manager for confirmation on what sparkling water was and if it was sparkling or not, this is unacceptable since that you should train your staff to at least be knowledgable in what you are selling, especially they should know what sparkling water is no matter where you are working in the F&B industry, and the 2nd problem was that I had the Gangnam Style Chicken and waffles as pictured below. Taste-wise, they were seasoned properly and they were just about average but out of the 3 pieces of chicken that the outsides were totally dried, I had one piece that was completely undone and unfortunately it was the last piece I was eating. I called the waiter to turn back my chicken and they had no signs of guilt and didn't even apologise, all they did was ask if I wanted another piece of properly cooked chicken but I said no because I almost finished my dish. Not even a sorry or signs of any courtesy, I find this very irresponsible and this is probably the last time I'm having anything here. Wouldn't recommend a place that serves raw...
Read moreA very good environment for good food, good drinks, nice vibes and a friendly environment for people who want to work and socialize.
There is plug holes for people who want to work there and charge.
There is art scattered around the area so it’s super nice and aesthetic.
All people from all cultures and nations come to this place to eat and socialize which is super nice, it ain’t like a “signature cafe” that only Thai people come in and drink but there is many variations of nationalities and ethnicities.
They also sell crafts and gifts as well and also have a somewhat art gallery on the top floors to present art, very nice.
The food there is very unique and healthy in that the menu is various in the types of food it serves. It’s very nice to see different dishes from different cultures mixed in one place, a big difference with normal restaurants in Thailand.
However, food and drink is a bit pricey but of course, you do pay what you get for which is amazing dishes and cool drinks. There is VAT and a service charge of 7%.
One issue I have is sometimes the employees just talk with one another and ignore the customers like me who held my hand up and asked them for the menu in which they didn’t hear or noticed at all but it was just a one time thing.
The seats aren’t always the most comfortable as there is no proper cushions on them.
The toilet is a bit dirty and rustic? But it’s due to its design but personally I’m a bit grossed out by it.
Overall, an amazing place if you have the...
Read moreWe arrived on a Sunday about 9.15 am, greeted at the door and informed that we could only occupy the table for 1.5hr, ok, understand why but thought it was a bit direct there was on,y 2 of us. Sitting down stairs was where we wanted to be but ushered upstairs one level was a bit pokey, the tables are round and small so once you get your coffees, your meals plus I had a juice and fruit it was pretty crammed. We were asked to use the QR code because it’s faster.., faster who?, it our first time and actually it’s more confusing in case we have a question. That waiter took off as he was the one at the door. Our saviour was Dina, made recommendations and the food was amazing, I ordered a matcha which came first before my friends latte which arrived 5 mins later, the matcha was with sugar… I sent it back because I can’t drink with sugar, said it could not be done….10 minutes later a hot matcha arrived without sugar…so good my I ordered one and I ordered another. Food was great, Dina was amazing, the seating and ambiance is average at best, people knocking things on the floor because the tables are too small, I dropped my fork and Dina whipped over with a new one. Table next to us dropped something and the table for 5 dropped something glass and it smashed. Overall I will be back thanks to the friendly and efficient service from Dina, and the...
