A retro style cafe located in the hidden streets of Charoen Krung. Camelot cafe serves a plethora of dishes ranging from classic breakfast offerings to steak to pasta. The staff are very kind and attentive to details. I ordered the Bacon and Eggs Benedict for my main course and the Signature Iced French Chocolate as my beverage. The presentation of the French chocolate was insta-worthy. You mix the milk and hot chocolate into the glass with chocolate-flavored ice and keep on stirring until the beverage flavor is smooth. Add the syrup at your own liking. In terms of the main course, it was simple and nice. Not too good but also not too bad. The toast could’ve been done better in my honest opinion. It was too hard and sticky to chew..not really complementing the other foods present on the dish. The salad on the side was really refreshing though. Read moreHorrible experience. Would never recommend to anyone. We were the third table in the whole restaurant. We waited 1.50 hours and only got one out of the 10++ dishes we ordered. And the one dish we got was missing a coffee and orange juice that came with the set. We never got it.
Service is horrible. They served our dish to the wrong table and when we followed up they said they ran out of pasta and tried to get us to change our dish!
We asked for the bill and they didn’t even say we had to go down to pay. We were just waiting there. They didn’t even seem to care about our complaints and the mediocre apology that was offered was insincere and dismissive.
And they charge for service. Which was non-existent.
And they block comments and reviews of Facebook. Enough said.

Read moreHad the most disastrous Paint & Sip workshop experience here. Booked 2 weeks in advance, paid fully & already sent our drinks order. The workshop started at 6PM but we only got our drinks at 6:45 because they didn't prepare it in advance. There was no easel for the canvas like in the promotional pictures. And worst of all? The paint, instead of being suited for canvases like acrylic or oil paint... was poster colors & the paint you buy as a kid in kindergarten in very small containers which is not compatible for canvases... When we asked for a refund 20 minutes before we got our drinks, we got denied because "the drinks were on their way"... But it took 20 more minutes for them to arrive? Truly the worst experience I've ever had in a workshop, I can't believe I wasted...
