the dim sum here is Michelin grade. the stewed chicken feet is the best i had so far. the feet is big and fat, tender and flavorful. the soup has depth. each bowl has 4 feet. we had 3 bowls. the other dim sum are also superbly done. ingredients are fresh and bouncy aka q 感 in Chinese. the bbq grilled pork is of another level. is has so much depth in flavor, a bit of sweetness and umami flavor from soy sauce. it is so tender.

the staff don't speak much English or Chinese but they try their best to help. i forgot my bag of dragonfruit and they were keen eye to spot it and return to me before i walk out the stall.
