Best place for authentic Thai food!!! Definitely must try when in Phuket for all the foodies out there! The cook is the owner himself, and you can ask them what dishes they recommend for you to try and were such a lovely couple that care for their customers.

There is a wide variety of Thai dishes to try, and he prepares the dishes really quickly and they’re so good! We devoured the dishes we ordered quickly, and it’s definitely a place we’ll visit multiple times. Our top recommendations is their fish dish and the crab omelette. We tried the Michelin crab omelette in Bangkok, and we can agree that the one here beats it!

Everything we ordered is shown below. All dishes were great, though we slightly underestimated the spicy level for the soup, so maybe ask them to tone it down depending on your spice tolerance.

Location: It is close to the fresh market (which may bother other people) but as fellow Asians we all know that the best eats are usually the local stalls or restaurants near markets 😂. It isn’t smelly in the restaurant though and it’s not hot. They also have a clean bathroom with a bidet and toilet paper contrary to what you might think.

Owners were very pleasant and helpful, and enjoy feeding you! They gave us a bowl to wash our hands as we ate and another empty plate to place our shrimp shells and other food waste. We originally ordered 2 bottles of water, but didn’t drink (and didn’t open) the other bottle so when we were billing out they said it’s alright and took it back without charging us. When we asked them where we could buy fruit in the market, the owner personally took us to the area (we came when no other customers were there as this was the morning) and left us after walking...

This place was the highlight of my 5-day trip in Phuket. Food was absolutely amazing and good value for money. Fried mantis shrimp with garlic กั้งผัดกระเทียม was first-class. Not much aftertaste like any other garlic-fry food. The mantis shrimp was fresh and succulent. Hands down the best mantis shrimp in maybe the whole country. Fried white pomfret with garlic ปลาจะละเม็ดทอดกระเทียม was also very good. It was fried so well that nearly the whole fish can be eaten (the spine cannot be eaten, but all others small bones can be eaten) Tom Yum with fish and fish roe in clear soup ต้มยำปลาน้ำใสใส่ไข่ปลา. Flavors were complex and well-balanced. The fish roe was fresh, buttery, and silky. Mussel omelette อ่อส่วน was well-cooked with great aroma and mix of texture. Go Zonk . was recommended by a local friend from Khaolak surfing community. ALL DISHES ARE VERY GOOD -i ordered Rock-lobster ( fried mantis shrimp with garlic) , Khao pad kua gling with roe fish , Catch of the day deep fried with chilling and kha-jorn flower.

Very recommended to order any dishes with Roe-fish in it... it's rarely to find it in typical restaurants.
