I was meant to go to Anmol and when I couldn't find it, I walked into this one bc sth about it was more appealing than the numerous other options nearby. And I'm so glad I did.

Mohammed was very welcoming and helped me choose from their extensive menu. I can't seem to get enough of saag paneer these days so I opted for their palak paneer and I was not ready for how tasty that was! The portion was massive (coming from Japan anyway, where the nan is twice as big however) & I sure brought the rest back with me. I just needed to get more bread for that. I was spoiled for choice between all their different (stuffed) nans, parathas and what have you. Those alone could consist lovely snacks.

As I left, I snapped a photo of their shiny new sign that is on the main road. That they have a separate vegetarian kitchen gets them an extra brownie point for sure. They take credit cards and deliver too.

When I ate here, I was the only customer. The food was actually quite good—I enjoyed it. I stayed at the hotel just across the street for a few days, and every time I passed by, the restaurant looked quiet. I don’t know why, but it made me think about how hard it must be to run a restaurant when business is slow.

It reminded me that behind every quiet place, there’s someone working hard, hoping people will walk...

Overall, the food here is good and definitely worth the price. They offer a wide variety of Indian dishes, and everything we tried tasted great. However, the atmosphere outside isn’t very inviting. it feels a bit sketchy and hard to find the place. But once you step inside, it feels much better and more welcoming.
