the receptionist is located at building A and we stayed at the superior room, which is at building B on the back. we booked several rooms because we were traveling on a group. we stayed at the fourth floor and second floor. the rooms on the fourth floor were much more spacious compared to the second floor, where you barely have any space to move in. after looking into it, this is due to the hotel’s building shape.
they have wifi available for the whole hotel and it has a good internet connection. the room was very clean, it comes with some amenities like tea and coffee with water kettle and water bottle. they’ve got towels, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, sanitary bags and hairdryer. a dual shower head and water heater. they also got a TV and safety box on every room. you can ask for your room to be cleaned by the sign on your door hotel rooms.
the staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
the hotel location is very strategic. it s very close from the main road, you can easily access the skywalk to go to December, Platinum Mall, or even accross the street to go to centralworld mall and big C supermarket. if you go further in the hotel’s alley, you will be welcomed with pratunam market. they have a lot of great food, especially for breakfast and lots of places to do shopping as well.
the security can be quite lax sometimes because you only need to tap your keycard for getting in access. some hotel guests forgets to close the door back at times, which is quite worrying. overall nothing happened but i hope the hotel management can makes an improvement...

This hotel is all about location. It’s in the perfect area, super central and close to everything you’d want—but fair warning, it’s tucked away in what feels like the alley of an alley. When we arrived late at night, exhausted, the taxi dropped us off on the main street and pointed us toward a narrow path. It’s only a three-minute walk, but that first impression had us thinking, “Wait… this is where we’re staying?”
Thankfully, that feeling disappears the moment you step into reception. The staff—no matter the shift—are absolute gems. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You walk in and immediately feel taken care of. That alone made a huge difference.
Our room was in a separate building next to reception, which felt a little odd at first, but honestly, it didn’t matter. Now, about the room itself… let’s just say it redefines “compact.” I’ve stayed in some tiny spots in Japan, and this one might take the cake. The bed touches both walls—literally wall-to-wall mattress. On the bright side, you’ll never fall off! But space is tight. You’ll need to take turns opening your suitcases, and forget about doing it at the same time with your partner.
The bathroom follows the same theme: everything squeezed into one little corner—toilet, sink, and shower all in one go. It’s not luxurious, but it works.
Bottom line: this place is super affordable, incredibly well located, and ideal if you just need a clean spot to shower and sleep. If that’s what you’re after, it’s a fantastic choice. Just don’t expect to do yoga...
Read moreThis is my real story with this hotel.. i am from indonesia and i booked 4 rooms for holiday (8 night in the end of may until june 2020). But due to covid spreading, all the country lock down, at first i demanded for refund, but this hotel didn't approved it (THE ONLY HOTEL THAT DID'T ALLOW REFUND.. My Other 3 hotel all refund my money full). The management policy at that time only allow 2 months reschedule (until 31 august 2020). I demanded for the longer time but they didn't approved it (No Matter how i argue about the covid situation). They still insist for 2 months (they ask me to change the date or i will lose all the money) Ok then i reschedule it to 31 august 2020. Now, the time already pass august and i forgot to ask the hotel about the new policy (so my booking is expired now.. it's ok, because since the beginning i already think that the money that i paid to the hotel is for Charity). Anyway, The new policy is we can reschedule it until 31 march 2021.. I ask them, WHY you give the new policy NOW? THey Answer : "because they dont know how long and how bad it was".
