I went to this restaurant today october 25th 2025 at 2:20 PM. From the very beginning, I noticed that the girl greeting guests at the entrance and the girl serving me were smiling at me. At first, I liked it, but then I began to notice that they were staring at me, giggling, and whispering to each other. I intuitively realized that they were laughing at me, apparently because my appearance was rare in their restaurant and in Thailand. I am Korean by nationality. Unable to bear the continued ridicule, I wrote to them through Google Translate that it was impolite to stare at me for a long time and giggle. As for the quality of the food, I can say the following: I ordered fried rice with egg and seaweed, Japanese style. In fact, the rice was dry and undercooked and also had a tasteless, so I asked for soy sauce, to which the girls started laughing at me again and saying something in Thai while looking at me. In the end, I only left a little of the food uneaten. Next, I ordered sesame ice cream with thin bean-filled pancakes for dessert; they tasted fine. I waited 20-25 minutes for my dessert from the moment I sat down. I wanted to refuse, but the girl, through a translator, told me I had to wait. As I was leaving the restaurant, a third girl joined the two girls. They started whispering something to her, and she started looking at me intently and laughing. I'm 51 years old, and believe me, it's emotionally unpleasant to be in such a situation. I'd like to point out that the restaurant's boss is to blame for hiring young staff—the girls were all under 20. Apparently, to save money and keep the pay low, he neglected to teach them basic concepts like etiquette, politeness, and courtesy. It's no surprise that the reviews are full of dissatisfied customers, including, judging by the names, customers of European descent, as well as those from Northeast Asia, China, Japan, and Korea. It's a shame, considering this is my first time in Thailand, but I believe the Thai people are friendly, peace-loving, and honest. I hope the owner or manager of the business will draw the right conclusion and will not make comments to the girls of this restaurant, but will conduct training for the employees. I wish you good luck...
Read moreThe good: they have a well priced combo for 2 people and a combo for individual dinners. The food was okay nothing special.
The bad: absolutely the worst service and dining experience I’ve had in Thailand. The food took forever to arrive, came at random times, and not in order. Appetizers weren’t served till we were done with our main meal. The xiaolongbao had absolutely no soup inside of it and took an hour to arrive. The waiter disappeared and basically stayed in the kitchen while all the dinners had to hunt him down to check out. Because the staff kept hiding in the kitchen we never got our dessert that came with the set menu and even when we checked out they never tried to rectify the problem.
If you want to waste your time sitting there waiting for your food to arrive and having to find any staff that wants to help you then go ahead and dine here. Otherwise spend your money at an establishment that actually values customer service and...

the food. 4/5 I ordered tantan mee. It was not bad and quite delicious. I could not remember how the actual tantan mee was like but I suspected it would be spicier and more full of flavor. xiao long bao on the other hand quite disappointed. I ordered both steam and flied one. The taste was ok but nothing special. I expected it to be more juicy though. The fly one was just a normal one on crispy thin rice cracker
