It's Four Seasons, no need to say more! But as people know me, there is a lot to say. I am a very eye related person, can see all imperfections. But here, I am very disappointed. Nothing to complain. Ok, here and there, there was a lamp not hanging straight or a bottle not showing the etiquette perfectly. But that's it? Boring.... This is so perfect that I'd wish someone would make any mistake. From the arrival, where they valet my car, diving into another world midst in Bangkok. It's unprevailed, smooth from the decorations to the music and flowers and odeurs. Nothing happens by chance. It's all orchestered, fantastic. Everybody is super friendly, nice, helpful. I really checked every corner. Some of the staff looked at me like "is he a hidden rating person or someone from headquarters to check?" I really touched all and talked to everybody. Even fooling around with the reception girls from the top tier Michelin starred Chinese restaurant. It's not really a restaurant, it's a pearl, a gem.... In the open show kitchens, you can see that everybody works neat and clean and unbelievable dedicated. The Asian guys, who fold the italian Capeletti and Agnolotti, it was mouth watering, coz I knew how this goes as I am from Europe and just have been to Florence, where the old italian mama sits in her shop and creates italian pasta..... So for the evening, we choose Riva, of course. Next time appear at Le Palmier... There was a young man, I forgot his name, but he is vice assistant of Marketing. He was all around, everywhere, perfect care. We even only mentioned aside that we will go to BKK Social. Minutes later, he came back: "your table is organised" Ghost hands..... I also met with Andrea from bakery and pastry - outstanding. I spent the afternoon at Madleine, talking, socializing and meeting with residents from the long term residential community. Great afternoon... The Bkk social Club is an outstanding institution as well, with outside cigar lounge. They serve huge transparent ice cubes. Great bar, full with hotel guests and residents. In no time we were a group of 10 crazy people, enjoying a great evening.... Summary: cool reception, great facilities, outstanding hotel, perfectly situated, my God, my Buddah, great culinary. We have chosen Riva. No words may describe it. Even Michele appeared to ask how it was. I was close to kiss him..... Shall I mention that next door in the premises, there is the last year's world wide top leading hotel of the whole world, Capella..... PS: they maintain two mahogany open speed boats, bringing an exclusive feeling of lake Como or even Cote d'Azur..... And finally, the best hotel is worth nothing, if there are no dedicated workers. Biggest compliment to the valet guys, the cleaning staff, the receptionist, the kitchen crews with dedicated chefs up to the management, from all over the world and hard working to keep such unique places well running, even in hard times.....

I stayed at Four Seasons Bangkok on August 15, 2025, for my second visit. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, with facilities that matched the scale of the property and a sense of luxury throughout. However, when the hotel gets crowded, it can feel a bit overwhelming, with trendy music and the buzz of people creating a hectic atmosphere. The front desk staff at check-in was kind but spoke very quickly, which might be difficult for guests who are not fluent in English. Before check-in, I joined the coffee class, which was an excellent experience. Pond, the barista, was calm yet passionate, teaching us about coffee and even recommending local spots to visit nearby. His kindness made it a memorable part of our stay even before we entered the room. The highlight of this visit, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. Ellis (Ha Kyung Lee), the Korean staff member, attentively looked after us and assured us we could always reach out via chat if needed. Gem helped resolve an issue when my Grab KFC delivery was missing items. Despite being busy, she came to meet me at the entrance, checked the app with me, and handled the matter as if it were her own responsibility. She even told me to reach out anytime, which felt incredibly warm and reassuring. Fon later brought the re-delivered food directly to our room, adding a thoughtful finishing touch. Thanks to these three, we found a clear reason to return to Four Seasons Bangkok. One downside was our experience at Riva, the breakfast restaurant. A guest at a nearby table spilled some soup on the floor and informed a staff member wearing glasses. Instead of cleaning it himself, he passed it to someone else, and although several staff noticed, no one acted for over five minutes. Only after about ten minutes did another staff member finally clean the area. It was a simple task that could have been handled quickly with a napkin, but in the meantime, I had to avoid the spot every time I went to get food. This was disappointing and clearly an area that needs improvement. In conclusion, despite a few shortcomings, the stay was made truly special by Pond, Ellis, Gem, and Fon. Their kindness and professionalism left such a strong impression that we will undoubtedly return to Four Seasons Bangkok again.

Having Four Seasons manage this property is a bit like putting lipstick on a pig. The only thing this property has going for it are its staff. Firstly, it's in a god awful location (you'll be stuck in hectic traffic a lot), the property itself isn't particularly nice, the design of outdoor spaces is underwhelming and the rooms are very uninspiring. The boat services only the local BTS and Icon Siam (it doesn't stop at any other hotels along the river), which is utterly ridiculous.) This is a 299 room hotel. The pool is overrun, breakfast is a shambles and other dining options are a joke. Wanting to take a drink in the main bar? You'll get knocked back with a "all tables are reserved" (yes, even if you're a "valued" guest staying in the hotel and are appropriately dressed), only to see it half entry. Frustrating. Try to get a table in the main Chinese restaurant? Good luck. A seat at breakfast? Again, good luck, also, good luck finding so much as a plate to get any food from breakfast. In short a shambles. I haven't even gotten to the rooms. A riverview room as it turns out has only a (very) partial view of the river. The rooms are already showing wear and tear (as is happening in other areas of the hotel). Housekeeping totally forgot to do turn down service in my room and blamed me for this not happening "maybe you had do not disturb on", I didn't, "perhaps you were in your room", I wasn't, "we'll do it tomorrow night", I'm not here. And I still had to press them to do it that evening. Unacceptable. Additionally, you'll get amazing views - into other hotel rooms, so you'll have the curtains drawn, unless you're an exhibtionist and that's your thing. In terms of value for money, you're really looking at the x factor. The luxury factor. This property does not deliver. This is not a luxury property. Next time I will stay slightly north of here at the Mandarin Oriental. The rooms are smaller but the x factor is definitely there, the service is there, the boats operating across the river are there, the incredible attention to detail in the rooms, the breakfast, the service - it's all there. Final note, the slippers are very cheap. I think that alone speaks volumes on the type of ownership this property has. They're cheap.

It was a short but an extremely memorable stay for my wife and I.||The experience started when we arrived at the airport. The airport staff Dont greeted us with a very warm welcome and he swiftly escorted us to the limo where Teddy the driver took over and gave us one of the most relaxing airport transport experience we have had in a long time. Teddy kept the car in pristine condition. He prepared snacks, wifi, water, and cool towels for us. While many hotel provides limo service, Teddy provided all of these amenity with ease and elegance that it felt like it was all specifically designed for my wife and I. Teddy's limo service certainly stands out.||Upon arrival at the hotel, the whole front drive staff knew who we were and greeted us with the genuine Thai warm welcome that was hard not to put a big smile on our face. Wow escorted us to the room and did an in room check in which helped us relax and settled in the hotel quickly. Wow was friendly and professional. Even with us been to many Four Seasons hotels, we still felt like kids in a new playground with Wow's tour and explanation of the property. Even though we were tired from the travel, our check in experience felt exciting and welcomed. The Bellman Mark was swift with the delivery of our luggage and he made sure we have had everything we need before existing politely.||As soon as we checked in, we had to attend a meeting, Wow was able to arrange a driver for us at a very short notice and we were able to make it to our meeting in time. The driver for our day trip was Mike and he was also professional and was able to get to us in the very busy city centre and get us back to the hotel without us having to experience any stress from the traffic. ||We dined at the Lobby Lounge at the outside seating during our first night, and the lady Pera who looked after us was gracious and showed great care and attention to detail of our comfort level. She made sure everything we ordered was exactly what we had in mind. Without us asking, she brought us bug spray to make sure we were not bothered by insects. She was extremely attentive, but we never felt interrupted. This level of hospitality only comes from someone that pays great attention to details of what the guests were experiencing and from a deep level of caring about how to provide the best services possible. ||After the dinner, we stopped by the Social where we were gravitated toward the stunning interior. The team was great and welcoming (sorry I did not get the names of the members that helped us) but the manager, a lady named Kim was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed before we returned to the room.||The next day, we had a brief interaction with the housekeeper Mon. She was full of smile and very delightful. She greeted us and made sure we could find our way around the hotel to breakfast. We were confident Mon would make our room up very well, and sure enough when we returned to the room, every housekeeping detail was done to the Four Seasons standards, and our personal items were arranged neatly, our shoes placed under the luggage counter, and our clothing items folded nicely. ||The breakfast was great and the team were nice. We arrived to the restaurant at the same time as a large group, even thought it was very busy, the team was still attentive and able to get what my wife and I need attentively. I am curious as to why non of the restaurant team had name tags on. I did not get the chance to get their names in order to recognise their great work. ||My spa experience was fantastic with Chana and I would certainly recommend the spa to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at the Lobby Lounge so much the night before, we decided to go back again for a late lunch. It was again a great experience. A lady name Ina took care of us and she has an amazing memory. we ordered many items and she was able to remember all of them without writing them down. Another great example of attention to details. ||On our way to check out, we walked outdoor from the exit across from the breakfast restaurant. As we walked with our luggage, we realised there were a few steps we had to carry our luggage, at this moment, a very nice lady name Kareoo who was attending to something hskp related stopped what she was doing and greeted us warmly and showed us a secret passage way behind the bar at the cigar room where there was a ramp that made it easy for us to push our luggage. Little things matter when it comes to providing great experiences for the guests. ||During the check out, Dream was the one who assisted me. She was friendly and efficient. ||My wife and I were greeted by the GM Lubosh Barta as we were getting ready for the airport transportation. He was a gentleman and truly cared about our experience. I think he should be very proud of the wonderful team he is leading and the beautiful property he is up keeping. ||Nira was our limo driver on the way to the airport and he too did a great job. As we arrived at the airport, Dew greeted us and guided us through a very chaotic airport in a very calm and experience manner. Even though the surrounding was busy and noisy, he was able to carry on an enjoyable conversation with us. Before we knew it, we were able to get pass security without stress. An amazing experience that started from the first moment we arrived at the airport, and ended at the very last moment at the airport. ||Every team member we have encountered with showed great care to us. It was genuine and it felt natural. It was true hospitality and it comes from the heart. Kudos to this property's GM and his leadership team. ||We...

Located on the Chao Phraya River. It is truly Magnificent! It is the best Four Seasons city hotel we have ever stayed in. The accommodations are gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and the restaurants décor is stunning. The flowers and water features throughout the hotel are gorgeous. There is a central courtyard evoking the rice fields of Thailand. It is a riverside sanctuary in the wonderful city of Bangkok.||Before my arrival I communicated with the fabulous concierge staff who replied quickly and in great detail to book restaurants and tours. They offer very reasonable tours of Bangkok. We loved the The Grand Temple Tour that included The Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha, Reclining Buddha, Temple of Dawn and we added a stop to the flower market which was so interesting. The company they use has the most luxurious vans we have ever seen. We also enjoyed the 2 hour longboat tour along the Chao Phraya River to the neighborhood of Thonburi to admire its traditional teak houses built on stilts and watch the locals go about their lives before stopping at Wat Arun for unique views of Bangkok.||We had a leisurely breakfast every morning on the river. There is a delicious buffet and also you can order a la carte. My husband said it was the best croissants he very tasted. Their pastry chef is very talented.|||We stayed in a Four Seasons Executive Suite with breathtaking views on the river. The furnishings, bathroom, linens and bedding are all of the highest quality. The suite was stunning!||Housekeeping staff was fantastic. They cleaned our suite to perfection 2x a day. Thank you for your wonderful service. We are so appreciative.||It would be worth your while to spend an extra day at the hotel just to go to their fabulous Spa. We booked 3.5 hours of treatments called “ Local Tradition” in their VIP suite -that included foot ritual, scrub, mask, head massage and wrap followed by time in a Jacuzzi to rinse off and concluded with a Herbal Massage and Signature Thai Facial. It was absolutely fabulous and the best spa experience we have ever had in any spa all over the world. It was surely a highlight! Be sure to book in advance as the Spa is very popular.||All the dining venues at the hotel have excellent food and the decor is gorgeous. We ate at the hotel Italian Restaurant, the Chinese Restaurant, Thai Restaurant and Lobby Lounge (for the best Wagu Cheeseburger you will ever have!- The burger is also available at the pools.)||We ate at the Italian Restaurant a few times during our 7 nights and adored the Manager Sofia. She was so attentive to us.||Don’t miss the BKK Social Club for delicious drinks and snacks. It was rated one of the top bars in the world.||There is a complimentary hotel water taxi stand right on the property and be sure to go the fantastic ICONSIAM mall and have lunch at the wonderful food court. ||Pools and loungers on river are wonderful with great service by the pool attendants.||We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager- Lubosh. A hotel as fabulous as the Four Seasons Bangkok does not happen without his leadership and his commitment to excellence is obvious throughout the hotel. He is so engaging, charming and always present and we loved talking with him. Thank you Lubosh for making our stay so special and being so amazing and to us!||We also enjoyed talking with Betty- Director of Marketing. She is a pure delight!||There is a reason the Four Seasons Bangkok has received so many hospitality awards including two Michelin keys as one of the first hotels in Thailand to receive this prestigious recognition. The Michelin keys celebrate hotels that excel in five areas: architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, overall personality and character, value for the price, and their significant contribution to the guest experience. This acknowledgement underscores the commitment of Four Seasons Bangkok to delivering unparalleled luxury and exceptional service. Also it was named to World’s Best Hotels, and awards from hospitality magazines including Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast and Departures naming it one of the most astounding Hotel Openings in the World.||Staying at the Four Seasons Bangkok is not just a hotel. It was a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to come back! Also Bangkok is now rated as one of the best cities to visit in the world.|||I want to thank the staff that made our stay so special:||Concierges: Korn, Mr. Big, Peter and Pump – all of you were the BEST! You can easily communicate with them at the hotel on the Four Seasons App.||Reception: Eve, and Yayee||Brought us to our Suite: Tawan and explained everything in detail.||Engineer: Max – who hooked up my husband’s computer.||Chao Phaya Terrace- Thai Restaurant on the River- Waiters: Pong and Koi||Yu Ting Yuan: Chinese Restaurant: Celeste/Manager, “A” and Lolita/Servers, Kwang/Hostess||Riva Del Fiume: Italian Restaurant: Mim/Waitress and Sofia/Manager.||Breakfast: Bowie, and Aon- thank you for you attentive service.||The Lounge: Wilasinee and Fah/Waitress||Spa: Chom and Fatume/Therapists- You both were truly extraordinary! Yim and Palm/Spa Receptionists- thanks for all your detailed email communication to help me decide on treatments. Apple/Manager||Pool Attendant: Roge and Arty||Hotel Manager: Simon||Four Seasons Hotel Greeters at Airport: Pare, and Chang and helping with our departure.||BKK Social Club:...

The overall highlight is the value, this is a Four Seasons that beats the competition in the quality of the amenities as well as the value. Offers a huge 35m proper swimming pool besides the main pools in riverfront as well as a top quality gym and several amount of restaurants. I highlight the amazing fast and detailed check in and the pristine room cleanliness. There service was overall amazing. The app works fine and the response is mostly fast.|Nevertheless there were some aspects that somewhat stained the experience that I belive could be improved:|- there are guest reserving sunbeds along the main pool and staff allow this, the main question is that sometimes it gets completely full. There should be way more sunbeds around the pool and also some along the swimming pool at the fitness center. I understand the vibe at the fitness center is diferent but a swimmer also likes to lay down in a sunbed, and there is definitely space for sunbeds there.|- the breakfast was good but not amazing. Just in terms of comparison to another 5* in Bangkok the place felt small and crowded and the offer was not as diverse as in other luxury resorts (Mandarin Oriental, Sindhorn Kempinsky for example).|- the room had a constant odd / humid scent that the staff couldn't get fixed. That confronted to the great scent of the lobby and common areas.|- room AC could be way less noisy particularly in the low fan setting. Loved the room complete darkness at night though.|- few water bottles in the room. Should provide at least the double. Loved the mango gummies though! |- the main pool at riverside is a baby and small children magnet.. besides that the design is strange and not very practical. The pool materials is probably the only thing that I would totally change in the resort. Small tiles, some with tiny dark spots gives an old stylish to an otherwise beautiful modern resort. To me a bad design choice. The pool cleanliness was not perfect either.|- no live music or "lively loud" music at the bar. Felt a little boring although the cocktails were great!|- the conplementary boat to IconSiam should be every 30 min. ||Four Seasons Bangkok ||A premium city resort-style hotel, Four Seasons Bangkok successfully delivers the hallmarks of modern luxury in a stunning riverside setting. From the moment you step into the breathtaking lobby and common areas, the sense of refinement is palpable. Service is consistently top-tier, and the value offered here stands out—even among its high-end competitors. ||One of the highlights is the amenities: a proper 35-meter lap pool in addition to the scenic riverfront pools, a well-equipped, high-end fitness center, and an excellent variety of dining options. Check-in was impressively fast and detailed, and the room cleanliness was immaculate. Service throughout our stay was exemplary, and the hotel app worked reliably, with prompt responses from staff. ||That said, a few aspects detracted from an otherwise outstanding stay:|•Poolside seating: Guests frequently reserve sunbeds by the main pool, and staff seem to allow it, leading to overcrowding. There should be significantly more sunbeds available, both around the main pool and near the fitness center pool. While the latter has a different atmosphere, swimmers also appreciate a place to relax, and there is ample space for it.|•Breakfast: While good, it didn’t reach the level expected from a hotel in this category. Compared to other 5-star properties in Bangkok—like the Mandarin Oriental or Sindhorn Kempinski—the breakfast room felt cramped and the selection less varied.|•Room scent and air conditioning: Our room had a persistent musty/humid smell that staff couldn’t fully resolve, which contrasted with the fresh fragrance of the public areas. Additionally, the air conditioning was noisier than expected, even on the lowest fan setting. On the positive side, the blackout curtains ensured perfect darkness for sleeping.|•Complimentary water: The room provided only a few water bottles—more would be appreciated. However, the complimentary mango gummies were a delightful touch!|•Main pool design: The riverside pool tends to attract many families with small children, and while that’s understandable, the design feels awkward and somewhat dated. The use of small tiles—some with dark spots—gives an old-fashioned look that clashes with the otherwise modern aesthetic of the resort. Pool cleanliness could also be improved.|•Evening atmosphere: The bar lacks live music or a more vibrant ambiance, making it feel a bit subdued. That said, the cocktails were excellent.|•Boat service: The complimentary shuttle boat to IconSiam is a great perk, but the frequency should be increased to every 30 minutes for greater convenience. ||Overall: A truly luxurious experience with excellent value and standout service. With a few tweaks—particularly around pool management, breakfast, and in-room comfort—this could be one of Bangkok’s top...
