We asked for a milkshake - there was one female employee selling the milkshake, she was very slow at work, and the employee would leave us for minutes and come back because we were her work and there was no one else to sell, and there was a long waiting line waiting, then when it was our turn and we asked for a strawberry milkshake Its color was 95% white and 5% red. Worst customer service ever, I had this cashier who don't speak English and then came the manager and told me English yok Arabic yok, only Turkish and both were talking to each other in Turkish and laughing, and I wonder if this dense awho realizes that he is working at an AMERICAN franchise!
