Falls in Galata cafe & more — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Mostly a tourist Café with nice interior and surrounding terraced area. We went there for breakfast. We ordered menemen with cheese and menemen with cheese and sucuk, toasties with cheese and sucuk and potato wedges. Menemen with cheese was very watery and tasted bland. Menemen with cheese and sucuk also very watery and not well spiced. Compared to the menemen with cheese and sucuk we had the day before at another place in Cihangir not even close to it. Toasties were dry and boring. Potato wedges were nice. Bread was too soft and bland in taste. If you want to spend some time in nice surroundings and have a drink, this might be a hang out. But if you are looking for food, don't waste your money here. There are definitely better...

Horrible. Chicken Schnitzel was way overcooked, too salty, and bland. A cat was pulling my table clothe off, and as the waiter came to serve me, I was scolding the cat, and the waiter did nothing. Nobody checked on me or asked me how I was doing. I'm an older man, and it seems like the mostly young men running this place have no respect for their elders, service or food. Avoid this establishment. Istanbul is filled with amazing restaurants run by adults who respect themselves and their guests enough to provide quality products and respectful service. Traditional breaks DOES NOT mean traditional taste. This places is well located and has a great terrace ambience. The staff is friendly as well, but the food is far from average. Menemen is pretty tasteless compared to traditional ones served in places like Namli. The Mulhama is also nothing special. I thought I try it as the reviews seem good, but after revisiting them I noticed that there are barely any local reviews, which is a red flag for me.
