I had a terrible experience with the service and the managers here! they said they accepted setcard, which is a specific card used by specific restaurants. We order a hefty meal, expecting to pay with our setcards only to find that the restaurant used an old phone that wouldn't allow tap/NFC. Since it wasn't our fault, we tried to be nice and help the restaurant and offer them solutions, like downloading the app on a newer phone and explaining to the servers, staff and even the manager how the setcard system works and assured them it would be the restaurants money at the end of the day. Instead, they kept arguing, and interrupting everything we had to say, they were quite aggressive even though we were being supportive and it wasn't even our fault to begin with!! the restaurant had put out the setcard sign, then couldn't do it for us!! they got on the phone with my supervisor who was also trying to help, but instead they kept telling us we couldn't leave, we couldn't leave a card behind as assurance and were adamant on one of us leaving our phones behind as if we would do that!! The man working inside was especially rude! not letting us breathe at all, finish our sentences or explain why it's the restaurants fault to begin with. This...

While the food was good, the service left quite a lot to be desired.

The restaurant clearly says they accept setcard, being listed on the setcard app and even having it visably displayed on the door. However, after we had finished our meal and were trying to pay, using setcard, the restaurant said it would not be possible. They used a phone that was no longer compatible with setcard. While we tried to find a solution and work with them, suggesting several ways to amend the issue, they were obsitinant and refused to work with us. They were rude and uncooperative, going as far to say that we should leave behind one of our phones while we went to find another way of payment. This issue took us nearly an hour to sort out and meant that we were late to an appointment we had previously made.

On the issue of setcard, they should either take down the sign on the door and remove their listing on the app or update their system to accommodate this form of payment.

On the issue of inoperative and inconsiderate service, I believe that the restaurant should look into being more solution orientated and cooperative with customers, especially when they are more than willing to pay, and have enough...

This place is amazing, their food is heaven 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 for a low price. Lamb chops, chicken, beef - every type of meat they cook is perfectly moist and chewy inside and slightly crunchy outside. Assortment of salads, starters is quite broad. I suggest try national food like leaf-wrapped rice/beans. Meat is served with pita and salad. Service is on top, staff is so kind and friendly.

!!!They don't serve alcohol beverages!!! But anyway lemonades are amazing or any other drink you would like - it's merged with a shop

It's such a surprise that this place is always empty - maybe exterior is misleading or the place is a bit hidden for those who are not staying at the Karaköy(Galata Kulesi Tower) district
