I hate to write bad reviews, but this time I have to. My family and I are visiting Istanbul and we rushed to eat here without checking the reviews. I can assure you this was one of worth food ever we had!! Here are the reasons: Despite of the steam you see in their street view display all the foods were very very cold, and that was to the point that one of the staff had to warm them up for us in microwave. Lam rack, shank, chicken were not even cooked!!! Cold and chewy!!! I understand the red meat, but I wonder how they could serve a not-completely-cooked chicken!! It can be very dangerous for the health. You can’t believe but I’m serious: The rice was about 40% cooked!! again cold and really not eatable. I’m a food lover, and I think it was very first ever I had more than 70% of my food left in my plate. Truly not recommended at all. Sorry the restaurant owner. We visited this place in June 2025. Located in a touristic area of Istanbul known for its vibrant nightlife.

The concept here is great: you customize your plate by choosing from a wide variety of Turkish dishes, and pay based on what and how much you select. For example, you can take 2 dolmas, 1 köfte, 1 chicken leg, and some rice — each priced individually — and then pay for the total. It's a nice way to try different items and works well if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Many traditional Turkish foods to choose from. Various side dishes, desserts, and drinks — all were tasty. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

From the outside of this restaurant, it all looks delicious. As we were collecting our food we noticed many people had left almost full meals on the tables. This should have been a warning to us. Nevertheless after sitting down to eat, we noticed that all of our food was cold. We informed the cashier and he took our food to reheat it. The cashier didn't return so after 10 minutes we went to find out what had happened to our food. He had forgotten that he took the food and left it all in the microwave. We begrudgingly took our food to our table only to find that it was luke warm, drier than a bone and tasted revolting; we honestly thought they might be cooking it from fresh. As we were complaining, a family opposite us also had the same complaints. In summary, do not be fooled by the window display. I would never go back there as the food is cold...
