I recently had an unfortunate experience at WAMA'S, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick restroom break and, perhaps, grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant stop turned into a frustrating encounter.
Upon entering the establishment, we saw a man with long hair who appeared to be a staff member. We politely explained that my wife urgently needed to use the restroom, and we were more than willing to wait for it to be cleaned or to use the restroom designated for staff if that was possible. To our surprise, the man outright refused, without any consideration or respect for our predicament.
I must admit, I was taken aback by the lack of empathy displayed by the staff member. Instead of offering an alternative solution, he simply informed us that they were preparing to open in an hour and wouldn't allow us to use the restroom. It was disheartening to witness such an indifferent attitude, especially when we were ready to pay for our meal without even having sampled the food, solely to avail the restroom facilities.
As someone who values customer service and common decency, I was shocked by the way we were treated. The restaurant may have an appealing ambiance and tempting menu, but the unpleasant encounter left a sour taste in our mouths even before tasting a single dish.
While I understand that businesses have their policies and constraints, a little understanding and empathy would have gone a long way in making us feel respected and valued as potential customers. The refusal to accommodate a basic human need left me questioning the establishment's priorities and values.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend WAMA'S based on this experience. A restaurant's success is not just about the quality of its food; it is also about how they treat their customers. We hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and endeavors to improve their customer service to create a more welcoming environment for everyone.
Please note that this review reflects a single encounter, and others may have different experiences at WAMA'S. However, I believe it is essential to highlight such incidents to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and respect in all...
Read moreI strongly didn't recommend this place⛔, It looks fancy, but they provide a very RUDE & POOR services 😡, I recommend you to go to "Mid Point" If you looking for better dishes and perfect service and respectiness
Yesterday, I was looking for a place to celebrate my wifes birthday.. we didn't find a good place inside, we picked a place outside, the night was cold
FIRST: the bathrooms was Closed🚫 we had to go to other restaurant's bathroom two of us about (30-40 min) before order
SECOND: This rude man came to my wife 4 times asking for order before i came back and he asks the fifth saying "I WAS LOOKING FOR YOU ON CAMERA ABOUT 1.5 HOUR AND YOU DIDN'T GAVE AN ORDER YET🙅🏻♂️" can you imagine how rude was him, and the place was not that crowded..
I couldn't burn his rudness, and I told him because of his bathroom we lost 40 minutes suffering from their problem He Said " It wasn't our problem😑, one of customers throwed the napkins" blaming me and their cuatomers
This man didn't know how to serve and how to ask gently, we felt insulted while we should be served as guests.
I HOPE THIS REVIEW COULD REACH TO THE MANAGEMENT. (This happen at 10/02/2024 about 7:30 to 8:30)

Read moreFood was actually good but quite unworthy and unnecessary behavior during checkout which makes it a 1-star experience. I already left the bazaar, this is supposed to be a restaurant. The drama that occurred during checkout: First, I see 5 items on the bill but we just ordered 4 so I assume it’s an automatic service charge (also because it was exactly 10% of the bill). So I want to pay the bill. But the waiter tells me to add a tip. I ask is service not included, he does not react but hands me the card reader with an amount 25% higher than on the bill. I say no too much, still wondering if charge is included or not. Then he ask me to give a number (literally like on the bazar), I tell him a number (worth another 150 lira tip on a 1500 bill). He enters again another number (adds another 100 lira again to the amount I told him). So I told him no. He took off 50 lira but not the full 100. Anyway I couldn’t be bothered continue arguing, he fought so hard for this 1 additional €, but this place lost a customer for it. What a theater. I felt like in a tv show with...
