From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff, who welcomed us with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary bottles of water and hand sanitizing wipes, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

One of the standout features was the thoughtful provision of gloves, which made it easy to enjoy the dishes without worrying about getting too messy. And let me tell you, with all that gooey, delicious cheese, the gloves were a lifesaver!

The food itself was phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cheesy. It's clear that the team at Yum-Yum Factory takes great pride in their work, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation of the dishes. This place is truly a hidden gem, and of course I can’t forget to mention this is one of the very few places whose prices have not skyrocketed like all the others around this area. I can't recommend it enough to anyone visiting Istanbul. The combination of fantastic food, attentive service, and the charming atmosphere near Galata Tower makes it a must-visit. Five stars...

Showed up here after seeing some pictures of good chicken and lotsa cheese. Upon arrival I was surprised by how tiny the fine establishment was, but the atmosphere was lively nonetheless. We were greeted by the friendly and welcoming host and given a QR code for a website-based menu, but couldn’t load the restaurant’s website so we requested a physical menu. Apparently the physical menu was a single iPad that you ordered off of. The strange thing though, you just selected your desired meal off of it then showed it to a server. After ordering, it took a long while for our food, but I can wait a long time for good chicken so that’s fine. Anyways we got the food to-go despite being offered to eat inside. Chicken was pretty good, nice and crispy, cheese was great cause I’m accustomed to restaurants in Turkey never giving much cheese on anything. French Fry serving size is a little small for the price, and ours were slightly overcooked in my opinion, but still fine. All things considered, if you like chicken and lotsa...

Don’t miss this place if you are in Galata! Wonderful food with wonderful people! Generous portions for the price and the taste is amazing! You could feel the warmth of the staff, they did their best to give you the best experience. This really feels like they work hard to maintain the customer satisfaction!
