Not happy with the service received by the lady at the till, very rude, unhelpful and disinterested in serving us. We purchased two hot drinks, she didn't ask us if we were sitting in and just assumed and put the drinks in the disposable cups when we wanted to have them whilst sitting in. The table was filthy and they weren't even that busy at that time of the evening. I asked for the WiFi password and she refused to give us this when clearly others were connected. Les deux femmes qui s’occupent du café ne sont pas souriante, elle ne parle pas un mot d’anglais dans une zone balnéaire se permettent de rire en turc devant la clientèle. Nous n’arrivons pas à communiquer pour passer commande se permet d’être soûlé à tes caramel, qui n’a pas le goût du caramel, pas de chantilly, pas de coulis, beaucoup de glaçons et du travail bâclé et mil-shake au chocolat sans chantilly. Pour encaisser le tarif de la carte, il faudrait sincèrement que la direction développe la qualité des produits et les visuels. Et pour finir, former son personnel sur le savoir-être et le sourire.
