A Wonderful and Welcoming Surprise in Istanbul!

A Lucky Find on a Random Street During my first visit to Istanbul, where I had found the language barrier to be a challenge, I was incredibly relieved to randomly meet a man outside this restaurant who kindly invited us in and spoke Arabic!

Absolutely Delicious Food We were not disappointed! While I've had similar dishes elsewhere, the quality here was noticeably better.

· The Sauces: They are richer, heavier, and not watery at all packed with flavor. · The Chicken: Incredibly soft and perfectly cooked. Our group tried both the chicken skewers and the chicken wings. The "after" pictures of our empty plates say it all we devoured everything!

Service That Goes Above and Beyond As great as the food was, the service truly topped it all. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. His warmth towards Arab visitors was something I hadn't felt automatically in my first days in Turkey and it meant a lot.

I'm so glad we ran into this place! The shop isn't as flashy or popular as some others further down the street, but it offers definitively great quality food and heartfelt service. We got tea offered after the meal 💗

Don't hesitate to visit, especially if you speak other languages. They genuinely try their absolute best to accommodate you and make you feel welcome.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience of my life! The waiter, who is also the owner, invited us very warmly and friendly to the restaurant, offering us the menus to choose our food, but after we chose, he told us that it was a bad choice and that he knows better what it doesn't fit and that after his many years of experience we will be very satisfied with what he will bring us! indeed, the food was good, but we chose almost the same things, only he put them on a very large tray, which he probably filled to look better and to impress us! in the end the whole meal cost 170 euros! Such a thing is not possible! All traces of his kindness and warmth disappeared when he brought us the bill! I realized later that friendly theater that he offered us was precisely to take our money! at a table further away, some customers were as angry as we were, surely they also had a share of this kindness! This man is a crook and a robber! There should probably be a law for such "crimes"! An experience like this can ruin...

I had a really nice dinner at this Turkish restaurant. They offer a wide variety of traditional Turkish dishes, including delicious grilled meats and fresh seafood like fish and calamari. The flavors were authentic, and everything was cooked perfectly.

But what truly made the experience special was the outstanding service — especially from Mohamed. He is honestly the best part of the restaurant. Mohamed knows exactly how to speak to clients, and his friendly and professional attitude made a big difference. In fact, he convinced me to come back to the restaurant after I left and returned three hours later — and I’m so glad I did!
