Travelling to Istanbul for the first time, I did not expect to enjoy one of the best dining experiences of my life. But this is what I enjoyed, thanks to Mustafa and the amazing team at the Golden Horn Terrace Restaurant.

Available for Lunch and Dinner.

Where to begin?

The greeting was warm and made to feel very welcome. This location would be a success just by the view alone but combined with simply phenomenal food, sublime service, and a team eager to make excellent suggestions, and you have a winner.

I could wax lyrical about the starters alone as the 2 chosen would be amongst the best food I have tasted anywhere.

The presentation of the main is an experience to savour.

Mustafa took so much pride in everything that there wasn’t way it wasn’t going to be an amazing experience.

Initially I went for this place for the best restaurant view in Istanbul. But after actually eating there, I’m realising that the view was only a fraction of what I would give as the best overall dining experience in istanbul.

I went for Lamb chops, my partner went for the chicken skewer, and Im pretty sure any dish you get will be just as 5/5 as our meal.

The restaurant is meant to tell a story of traditional Anatolian cuisine, and the food and service completely reflect that.

Great Lunch Spot – Highly Recommend! I had a lovely lunch at this restaurant. The service was friendly and fast, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. Our server was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious – fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. You can tell they care about quality.
